Hi, the service was exceptional, I can’t remember her name, but she was great and the food came out quickly and nice looking and was large portions. It would have been nice to have a nicer outdoor seating area and possibly some booth options inside. And we didn’t so much care for the salsa style and taste. Gauc was great and fresh even though the spiciness we were not used to, but it was Soo good it didn’t matter. The chicken on the taco was dry and plain, but the steak soft taco was sooooo good, best steak taco I’ve ever had.

Had an amazing veggie omelette and awesome coffee for breakfast. Got served in no time. The portions are huge. If the open sign is not lit – don’t worry they are open on the hours posted.

First time here. We live right around the corner and have been eying this place for awhile. Today we finally decided to give it a try. And we will DEFINITELY be back! My wife got the pork torta which was delicious. I got the 4 tacos that comes with a side of beans. Definitely looking forward to coming back for breakfast. If their lunch was this good their breakfast has to be great as well.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling and it was a great surprise. Was not expecting Mexican food going off the name but the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend the chips and queso and the chimichanga was the best I ever had.

I was honestly a bit disappointed with my experience at Haydee’s Cafe. I ordered the red chilaquiles expecting them to be made with guajillo sauce, but they turned out to be tomato-based, which was not what I was hoping for. On top of that, they only added a light sprinkle of cheese and no sour cream, which made the dish feel incomplete. Overall, I found the flavor lacking.
We also ordered the chicharrón, and that too lacked seasoning. The guacamole was another letdown — it tasted off, almost like the avocados were past their prime.
I really wanted to like this place, but the flavors just didn’t deliver for me.
