I split a tuna poke bowl with my wife which was perfectly fine. But I was still hungry afterwards so I decided to get some real food. You know, burger or pizza. Didn’t see a burger place nearby. So I chose this pizza spot. I enjoyed my personal pepperoni pizza. It was exactly double more than I was still hungry for, so I shared the remaining half with my table. They liked it too. Very greasy. Just how I like it.

Solid wood-fired pizza at Sawmill Market
Stopped by Hawt Pizza Co. while hanging out at Sawmill and tried a couple of different pies. Overall, a really solid spot if you’re craving thin, crispy crust.
What I tried:
Chicken Margherita: This was the winner for me. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the chicken was a nice addition to the classic Margherita base.
Cacio e Pepe: I loved the flavor profile on this one—very creamy and peppery—but the crust was a little overdone and burnt in a few spots. I know wood-fired pizza usually has some char, but this was just a bit past that point.
The Vibe:
The service was quick despite the Sawmill crowd, and the pizza holds up well even if you’re sharing a few different things with a group.
Final Verdict:
I’d definitely eat here again, though I’d probably double-check the bake on the Cacio e Pepe next time. Still a great addition to the food hall!

Everytime I go to the sawmill this is the place I always go to, one of my favorite pizza spots to eat at for sure! I personally love oven made pizza and how crispy it gets! Today i tried the Margherita pizza for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! 10/10 especially hearing quite a few people say how good my pizza looked. Don’t forget to say hey to Roberto! Hes the one who took my order and was absolutely delightful, his cheerful upbeat attitude and jokes definitely made the experience better. Overall I would recommend this place, its my favorite like I said!

We’ve had this pizza before and really enjoyed it in the past. This time it was over burned and the food mall eating area wasn’t as clean as in the past.

I’m currently on a pizza tour. Hawt Pizza was recommended to me to try out.
So I normally just order a pepperoni pizza to keep all my reviews the same. But it was highly recommended that I order the Hawt Honey pepperoni pizza. Glad I did because it was really good. I smashed the whole thing in one sitting. Crispy and sweet with a little heat. I would definitely go back just for that pizza. If you do go here highly recommended ordering the hawt honey pizza.

Been here a couple of times. The pepperoni with honey was good. I asked the lady at the counter for an idea and she suggested the pizza bianco or blano…something like that. It was exceptionally good. She was very kind and the recommendation was good. I also bought a tiny bottle of their chili oil and that was great with it too. I will keep it for the future visits. I also say they have good salads I want to try in the future.

These dudes have got it locked down, great pizza and salads! Customer service is well done. Pizza menus are great and imaginative while you can still customize your own. The Little Italy salad with prosciutto and burrata mozzarella it huge.

Got the margherita pizza and added the vegan sausage. It was really good! The only big feedback I have is the topping portions. For $5 extra, the sausage was sprinkled on like parmesan, I expected more.

I have a gluten allergy and have a hard time finding tasty options when I’m out and about. When I first tried their pizza, I was super worried I accidently ate gluten because it tasted too good. I spoke with the manager and he was very kind explaining to me the difference between the gluten and gluten free crusts. He reassured me that what I had gotten was in fact gluten free which shocked me. It was so delicious and crispy! I never write reviews but between the taste and the kind education of this man, I couldn’t not leave one. 10/10 would recommend!

The pizza is delish but I added vegan sausage for $5 and I couldn’t even see it. In fact, I walked back up to the counter to tell them they forgot to add it. It’s just a “sprinkle”… yikes. Vegans/Vegs don’t bother. If you want an delicious pizza with vegan sausage, drive up to Jemez Mountains Brewhouse where you can physically see and taste the vegan sausage!
