Absolutely fantastic, service and food were incredible. The staff went above an beyond for my sister’s special birthday. We will definitely be returning for another family meal soon. Delicious.

So we opted for the set menu and it was honestly absolutely fantastic. The quality of the food was just incredible, it was truly unbelievable! The service was also excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself has a wonderful ambiance and overall atmosphere, and we would definitely be going back again.

4 of us went, service was amazing such a credit to the place, 2 friends had the set menu which was lovely and highly recommended, my partner had the steak, I have to say £185 for a steak is crazy! it was okay but I’ve had better at home I’ve bought from Aldi! I had the monkfish £42 was nice but I still feel over priced for what it was,
The carpaccio was lovely

We went here as my husband loved the menu. I’m vegetarian & there was an option for me, Welli grin, which was delicious! My husband had monkfish & he was able to choose the portion size. Buttered sprouts, spinach & new potatoes were not only gorgeous they were good size portions. This was enough for us, we didn’t order a starter or dessert. We had delicious vodka, Belvedere, it made our meal as we LOVE vodka. Our server was attentive, polite & friendly. We had a really nice night & would highly recommend this restaurant! Our bill was £218 but we spent £96 on 6 vodka’s worth it gir a lovely special treat

Had an amazing time at Hawksmoor Manchester. The team’s hospitality was spot-on — friendly, genuine, and made us feel really well looked after. Started the evening with a few cocktails at the bar, which were fantastic. The steak was the real highlight — perfectly cooked medium rare, juicy, and full of flavour. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long while, and I’ve been to quite a few steakhouses! Lovely ambience too — perfect for a relaxed date night.

My family and I went for the 3 course January deal. The ceaser salad was delicious and the potted beef and bacon starter was also delicious. All of our steaks were cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese was a delight

I attended Hawksmoor on a Sunday, having never been for Sunday lunch before. We started with 12 oysters — both natural and Vietnamese. The natural oysters were definitely the better of the two.

For the main course, we chose the Prime Rib sharing option. As a group of four, we went for the 900g bone-in cut. The meat was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and of exceptional quality. The accompanying trimmings were plentiful, with the Yorkshire puddings being a particular highlight, closely followed by the roast potatoes (although I would have preferred them a little more well done). The only disappointing item was the carrots.

We followed this with desserts, which I wouldn’t bother with again — sorry, but they were fairly average compared to the outstanding standard of the rest of the meal. One thing I would love to do on a daily basis, however, is buy the bread they serve. I’ve honestly never had bread that good.

The service was exceptional. Even though the restaurant was packed, we never had to look around for a server — they were constantly attentive and checking if anyone needed anything, which is very rare these days. The meal also wasn’t rushed at all.

The atmosphere was great: good music, not too loud, and although the place was very busy, it never felt crowded or like you were sitting on top of the next table.

The only other point worth mentioning is that if you’re having the sharing option along with a bottle of wine and water, the table felt a little small. I’d definitely ask for a larger table next time.

While drinking coffee, we realised we hadn’t even looked at the prices, so we guessed what the bill would be. Bearing in mind how exceptional the food was, every single one of us guessed higher than the actual total — I was personally £200 off. I’d genuinely say it was very reasonably priced.

Overall, we had a fantastic meal in great surroundings, and I’ll now be making this my regular Sunday lunch spot.

Thanks to everyone at Hawksmoor.

I recently visited this steakhouse and had an overall pleasant experience. I ordered the fillet steak, which was very tasty and clearly good quality. The slices in the middle were cooked medium as requested, although the first and last slices were a little burned on the edges. The flavour was still very good overall.

The service was excellent — the waiters were incredibly respectful, polite, and attentive, which really added to the experience. There was also a great selection of drinks to choose from.

The restaurant has a very posh, high-end feel and is on the more expensive side. The darker décor seems like an attempt to create a romantic atmosphere, which may appeal to some, though personally I found it a bit too dark.

Overall, it was a nice experience with great service and good food, and with a few small tweaks it could be even better. I would recommend!

Love Hawksmoor, and this location is particularly special. We dined here while celebrating our engagement with friends and had a fantastic experience.

Noah looked after us and was outstanding incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose a brilliant red wine (highly recommend the Altos Malbec). The food was exceptional (rare to have steaks with a crust this good in the UK), but what really sets this place apart is the service. When a small issue came up, Noah handled it immediately and professionally.

He is a real asset to Hawksmoor, and it’s people like Noah who cement its reputation. We can’t wait to return for more great food and whatever you do, don’t skip the Rolos. Hawksmoor’s take on them is the perfect bite to end the meal.

Everything at Hawksmoor was amazing. We got the Sunday roast which was delicious, the meat was perfectly pink, the roasties crisp and the Yorkshire pudding was crisp and fluffy at the same time. I got the Boatyard martini, and it was probably the best martini I’ve ever had. Augustus was our server and truly gave us the best service we could’ve asked for. He was very attentive and considerate, and when he noticed my friend wasn’t feeling well he did everything he could to try and make her experience better. Truly a great start to a gloomy Sunday day.
