Popped in for lunch. We were quickly greeted and offered menus. There are many food and drink options. The portion size is quite generous. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and lots of parking spaces.

I was in the mood for onion rings, checked online and this place was recommended. Staff was friendly in greeting us and when I asked about onion rings she was super energetic to let me know that onion rings were still available. Didn’t take long for waitress to take our order. Food was ready in a speedy manner. Overall it had a nice atmosphere, decent service, and pretty good food.

We visited Hawkeye’s for the first time today. It was a cold, crisp day and I wanted soup. To my delight I had the choice of chili and clam chowder which are served daily or chicken chipotle, which was the soup of the day. I sampled a bit of the chowder. It was good. The chipotle chicken was fabulous! The flavor was excellent, with plenty of kick. The serving is large and came with toast. The service was good. The prices are extremely reasonable.

What happened to the service here? Poor attitude. I believe the owners are from Hoquiam, and have trained their employees to have that poor attitude (I’m from Cosmopolis, know the area). The food is consistently good, but the servers’ demeanors are off-putting. Would appreciate a response from the Aikens.

Good choice for a quick bite to eat in Lake Stevens area – menu is good, service is VERY fine, food is much better than many other area choices – prices are VERY good. Daily specials are added value. Easy access from US9 and Vernon Rd with ample parking make this a preferred destination when in the area. Rosa soups are REALLY fine – current fresh made soup is posted at entry. We try every one and so far all are quite nice.

I have been here many times at this point. This is my go to bar after out hiking and adventuring around mountain loop highway. Great burgers! Fantastic beer selection! Amazing service while sitting at the bar. They’ve got a number of tvs to watch sports games as well. Definitely check this place out!

Great atmosphere for watching a game or three. Lots of tvs. Or shoot a game of pool. Lots of seating. Friendly staff. Food was good size portion and fresh. Would come back for sure.

I payed money for some music to be played on the jukebox and an employee turned it off. Not cool at all. Nobody wants to be at a bar listening to commercials. I’ll be at Razzels down the street from now on for sure.
