Ordered a LARGE plate and was honestly shocked when I opened the box. The portion of meat was extremely small — especially for what they charge for a “large.” The container is mostly rice with just a thin layer of meat on top.
For the price, I expected a much more reasonable protein portion. Instead, it felt like I paid for a large rice plate with a few pieces of chicken.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at the Frisco location was honestly unacceptable. The portions I was served were absurdly small — especially considering the prices. What I received looked nothing like what’s advertised and felt like a complete rip-off.
Even worse was the service from one of the male cooks working the line. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when I politely asked about the portion size. Instead of addressing the concern, he acted irritated and made the interaction uncomfortable, as if customers asking reasonable questions were an inconvenience.
Good food and customer service go hand in hand, and this visit failed on both fronts. Paying premium prices should come with consistent portions and respectful treatment, neither of which happened here. Management seriously needs to address staff professionalism and quality control, because experiences like this are exactly how loyal customers decide not to come back.
Happy to remove this review when Hawaiian bros decides to make this right if they care about their reputation and loyal customers

Food is good. I don’t generally like teriyaki sauce but their food works for me. However, I like to sub the rice for macaroni salad and once again, I got rice instead of macaroni. It is my fault for not checking it before driving off this time since this has happened in the past. Employees are always polite but just make sure your order is accurate.

The whole place was empty which personally I enjoyed a lot! The food was as you would expect from a fast food chicken place, but I really enjoyed it! Not a lot of fast food places where you can get rice!
