CFA reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. They were very apologetic and made things right, which I truly appreciate. I’m grateful for the follow-up and the effort they made to correct the situation. Thank you to the team for taking the time to address my concerns and ensure a better experience moving forward.

I placed a mobile order through the app and was supposed to receive a free Auburn cup, as stated on CFA’s website—mobile orders qualified for the promotion. My mother also placed an order and went to pick up both hers and mine. However, the employee at the window only gave her one cup. When she asked about the second cup, he was dismissive and told her she could not receive another one.

She explained that we met the stated qualifications, but instead of assisting her, he was rude and continued to argue. Ultimately, he refused to provide the additional cup we earned.

This experience left me feeling disrespected, and I can’t help but believe race played a role in how we were treated. Because of this encounter, I am strongly considering boycotting CFA and encouraging others to do the same. For a company that promotes Christian values, the behavior displayed by this employee was anything but Christian.

food was fine and staff is nice but pup cups are NEVER taken seriously. i’m tired of getting a pup cup and it looking like the last shaking of the whip bottle. like come on.. it’s literally less a min to make one.

Also, just noticed i didn’t even get the chicken nuggets i ordered but got my side and crappy pup cups. DO BETTER bro. this is the 2nd time yall forgot my main item. THE CHICKEN NUGGETS.

Placed a mobile order. Both of my milkshakes were made wrong. The French fries were dry and lacked salt. They left out all the sauce I ordered for three people. My spicy chicken sandwich was good and fresh. The friendliness of the employees is what gave my review a 3 instead of 2. I wouldn’t come back based off this experience

This chain has it down, no question. Service and food are by far the best of all fast food places. The only problem with THIS one is the location … Hey 280 is always a headache and an accident waiting to happen… And there’s no light at the intersection where the busiest fast food restaurant sits! Good thing we were turning right, anyway!

My wife went through the drive-through. They left out one of the meals Gave her the drink for the meal, but I told her that she did didn’t order the additional meal. Then the owner of that store told her to leave and never come back. I went in myself to figure out what was going on, and the owner kept raising his voice at me. So I politely ask him to not raise his voice at me. And then he said at this point, I’m gonna ask you to leave and never come back.

This location has really been slacking lately. I mainly order through the app, but last 3 orders have had quality issues. And then today, I was pulled up because something was wrong with the shake machine. After about 15 minutes of sitting, I went inside, and they made my shake immediately. I guess if I had never gone inside, they never would’ve brought my shake. Then the manager or perhaps owner, rushed me out of the door. He proceeded to scold the young man who had nothing to do with my original order, but immediately made my shake. He actually touched my shoulder to motion me out!! He said to the young man “Now you go to the office!!” It was like he was trying to embarrass him for my benefit. That poor kid!! The manager laid it on thicker than my milkshake. I didn’t like that at all. This same manager had been outside messing with caution cones in the parking lot, but never once asked me what I was waiting for.

I think I’ll battle traffic and go down to the other one for a while because that manager really rubbed me the wrong way.
