Update: the company eventually offered me credit in place of the cost of the entree that was incorrect and we were charged extra for. We asked for a refund. After some discussion… they gave the refund.
We just got food from Hawaiian Bros and have a few issues. First, is that they charged us extra for vegetables on the side (instead of mac salad) but they gave us mac salad. The second issue is that the mac salad isn’t even close to authentic. This mac salad is something you’d bring to your Aunt Becky’s 4th of July party; not something you would ever see/taste in Hawaii. The chicken was fine, but nothing I’d write home about. I guess we were just upset that we were charged for something we didn’t receive… And we didn’t have a complicated order.

I just want to start by saying we don’t have this restaurant chain where I live and this was my first time ordering here. I did an online order and all of the food items had pictures to help describe what the food is. I ordered the Honolulu Chicken and the Kilauea Chicken and let me tell you, I was blown away. This is, by far, the best fast food that I have ever had in my life and I travel for work and eat fast food probably 10 times per week. When I walked into the restaurant to pick up my online order, I was greeted by a very polite worker, and was even offered some help as it was my first time there. When I am back in town, I will definitely stop by again. This place is incredible and you should definitely try it.

Dropped by on the way to Oklahoma with the whole family, staff was incredibly kind and food was sooooooo yummy haha. Meemaw loved the steamed vegetables, they were easy for her to chew with the state her teeth are in. Would recommend

Delicious!! Great food and service. We had never ate here before and decided to stop after leaving the pumpkin Patch . It was Delicious! We went again the following week. The dole whip is yummy 2.

Absolutely love this place! It’s one of my favorite places to go. Never have issues and I’m always satisfied. I always get the 2 meat classic, the Molokai and pig is a must with a side of pineapple. Idk how but their pineapple is hands down the best, juicy and pairs perfectly with the food. If you’re thinking of trying it, just do it!

The gentleman that welcomed us upon arrival was awesome! Explained the process of ordering through the kiosk, let us know that we can find a seat and he’ll bring us our food, eating utensils and sauce. I ordered the Kilauea Chicken plate that comes with rice and I opted for seasoned veggies instead of the macaroni salad it also comes with. My husband ordered the Molokai Mac Wrap. We also shared a SPAM® Musubi. Super yummy!! The Kilauea Chicken said 3/3 stars for spice and I agree! It was perfect! Not a lot in the menu but what we’ve had so far was SO good!

Stopped here for lunch, and now we wish we had this restaurant in our hometown. It’s a fast food concept that doesn’t feel like fast food. Friendly staff, flavorful sauces, tender, chicken, and quick service. They even had my favorite Hawaiian Sun Lilikoi beverage! I love that they had both small and large lunch options.

First time here recommended by a friend. There was a small line at lunch with one cash register. But it moved quickly. All the food is served in to go foam containers. They tout their ‘plate lunches ‘ and from my experience that is how they are served in Hawaii. Food was fresh and very tasty. Good size portions.
