I love having a grab and go DEDICATED Gluten Free Bakery and Deli in town and can’t wait for their Sparks location a little closer to my house! We’ve had bakery items, sandwiches, and frozen take ans bake meals. The food is very tasty and hard to pass up when we are in the area.

The food is a little pricey. I have malnutrition issues and the protein is pretty small servings so we have to double up on meat and add protein the take and bake meals.

Our last breakfast sandwiches were ~ $15 each we added an egg to each sandwich and my husband had extra protein.

Total tax and tip was $38. When we were handed our to go order, one of the girls harshly said I can’t do my speak order. My “special order” was to only do half the bread. I was paying full price and only wanted half the amount of bread. Pretty annoying when paying almost $40 for a brown bag breakfast.

Haven On Earth is usually a very nice place to get decent quality gluten free food quickly. However, the past five visits have been getting worse and worse quality. This last visit is my last straw. I ordered a sandwich and an ice coffee, very early in the morning. To make this simple turkey sandwich, it took two people 45 minutes and multiple times of asking me what I ordered. There was not a single other customer during this time, and I was the first customer. They did not start making the sandwich until I had been waiting for 15 minutes (Its a small space and very easy to see the kitchen). They also contaminated my sandwich with tomato, even though I specifically requested they do not use any. I had to remind them while they were making it. The ice coffee I ordered came hot, because they were out of ice. The entire total for this order was about 60$, and the sandwich that usually comes packed with ingredients, came with about 1/4 of the usual amount. I would recommend trying the Sparks location from now on if you’re celiac and out of options.

Ordered an 8 inch vegan, dairy-free cake for $102, 3 days before his birthday. I wasn’t able to go to store to make the payment because I got so busy. They did not even call me to remind me about the payment eventhough they got my cell phone number. I came to pick up and they did not make it! No consideration and no follow up. It is already hard to get a cake customed cake for my son who has a lot of allergies. So never again I will order and go to their bakery. So disappointed!!!!

My husband went in to purchase blueberry muffins and they had none. He then ordered 4 muffins and asked for extra blueberries. He paid $20 in advance for the order…on Wednesday..and was told they could be picked up on Friday. They were small (hardly filled the paper) and the blueberries tasted like canned.
For $5 per muffin, we expected much better. We wanted to give this bakery a chance but won’t be back.

Gluten free delicious and fresh! Nice customer service as well. Pricey but worth it. They even have gluten free vegan flax bread and vegan gluten free donuts. Very scrumptious yet with some health benefits! Flax, millet and psyllium in the bread is helpful for my digestive system not to mention it tastes great. Soft and doughy unlike most gluten free products!!

My wife has celiacs so we stopped by to get some breakfast while we were in Reno for a doctor’s appointment for one of our children. We spent nearly $30 for a sandwich ($10.99), a quiche ($10.99) and two small donuts for our kids.

The quiche was one of those single serve ones that was no more than 3.5″ in diameter and an inch deep. It tasted fine, but I expected a larger portion for $10.99. The sandwich was also small, and the GF rye bread that it was on basically crumbled in your hands. That worst part is that we spent $30 and I was still hungry after that.

I’m addition, we also got some of their french bread and a mac and cheese for later. The bread was good, I’ll give them that. But we were pretty unimpressed with the mac and cheese. It was basically just penne pasta with some melted cheese and butter on top.

Had a quiche and the crust was crumbly but the flavor of the egg and veggies was delicious. I’ve had a GF non crumbly crust and I was hopeful that theirs was the same. Service was great and friendly and she gave me lots of time to decide what I wanted.

I got diagnosed with celiac nov 2024, I haven’t had good bread or even sweets in that time frame. My nutritionist told me about this place and im so thankful she did!!
The staff were super friendly, even gave us recommendations and were super caring! I got the rueben, and my partner got a sausage sandwich. The bread is obviously gluten free but it was so fluffy and MOIST! and it wasnt super thick like other gluten free breads from places. I cant tell you how much I have missed a good sandwich. I also got a chocolate cupcake to try and oh boy it is so absolutely amazing. It tastes amazing but its the texture that really makes me happy. Its also moist and kinda dense but in a good way. The frosting alone is delicious too! If youre thinking of trying this place, please do it!! You wont regret it.
Like with everything safe for us celiacs, it is a little pricey but it truly is worth every penny in my opinion. I cant wait to come back and try the pot pie, sourdough, and some bagels. It felt so nice to be able to order without being scared of what I can and cant have on a menu. It felt nice to feel NORMAL for a second, thank you!!
