We had our first try of Haven for a Sunday lunch. The staff is welcoming and helpful and provided good advice on heat levels. The mild was tangy and flavorful. The medium was spicy but not uncomfortable (at least to me), I plan to try hot next time.
The sandwiches are excellent. The chicken is crispy and moist. The pickles and coleslaw make it an excellent choice. They provide fountain and bottled beverage options. The fries were good and I preferred the spicy ones.
The dining area is not very large and they seemed to do quite a bit of take out. There is a free parking lot, but it can be busy.

I heard Haven Hot Chicken was opening a location in MA near my office and I had to go try it out. When I walked in, the store was very clean and presented well. A member of the staff greeted me at the counter and gave me some solid advice about the spice levels.
The food came out quick and was hot, juicy and flavorful. The “Rob Sauce” and Honey Mustard were excellent compliments. The mac & cheese tasted amazing with great flavor. I can’t wait to come back and try this new addition to Franklin!

Haven Hot Chicken in Franklin was fantastic! Even though they were clearly busy, the staff’s turnaround time was impressive and everything came out fresh and hot. Customer service really stood out multiple team members (shoutout Jake) checked in to make sure everything was good, which made the experience feel welcoming and well-run. The quality of the meat was juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked(shoutout to the chefs!) You can tell they care about both the food and the customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Haven Hot Chicken> Dave’s Hot Chicken. It’s crispier, more flavorful, and better seasoned. Their signature “Rob sauce” is like Cane’s sauce so it’s awesome, but their house ranch was even better. Even the bread is better because it’s buttery and garlicky as opposed to plain. Fair warning though, their hot is as spicy as Dave’s extra hot so pick a spice level lower than what you think might be too spicy (I almost picked the extra hot, thankfully I didn’t).

Tasty chicken sandwich! Tried “The Sandwich” medium spice (using a recently received coupon) and it was very good, it did pack a little heat! The chicken was nice and crispy and I loved the pickles, sauce and slaw that was on the sandwich. The staff was super friendly, offered me a banana pudding sample and even threw some fries in my order because it was my first time and they were a bit slow, it being after the lunch hour. I carried out, but the restaurant looked clean from what I observed. I will definitely go back!

We have tried so many other chicken spots but Haven Hot Chicken beats them all! We ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal, the 3 piece tender meal, and the sweet heat mac n cheese bowl (all with mild spice).The chicken is ACTUALLY REALLY CRISPY!!! The mild spice level was perfect for us with being okay with spice. The food was hot and delicious. Definitely make sure you get the mac and cheese! We have some leftovers from our meal too. This spot beats out Dave’s and Chic-Fil-A. Definitely going here a lot now.
The only con we had was that the price is not the best with Dave’s being less expensive, but the food makes up for the price!

Recently opened spot! Tried it for the first time and it was definitely a miss! Nothing special typical fast food sandwich! Tried the chicken sandwich and it was honestly comparable to BK or Wendy’s at best! Fries were definitely frozen and thick cut just like BK! They charge $19-$20 for a meal which is outrageous. Although service was great yet the place is too small! You can’t dine it! I would prefer Dave’s Hot Chicken or Birdies Hot Chicken over this place any day. Better value for the money spent.

Best chicken spot around blows daves hoy chicken out of the water. Ordered a 6-10 person family size meal with order of family size bananas pudding for me and my friends at work, everyone was raving about how delicious the banana pudding was and how good and juicy the chicken was even having sat for a few hours due to us being busy. The service was also incredible and fast with no issues. I plan to come back for more food for my shift

Kevin and his team were fantastic! They offered outstanding customer service. We ordered the country combo 3-piece with no spice and spicy fries. Don’t miss the banana pudding—it’s truly delicious. For a great lunch or dinner with a sweet ending, try Haven Hot Chicken!
