Reviews
All our students enjoyed a lot, and the DJ setup added extra energy and fun to the celebration.
Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
Highly recommended for group events and student gatherings!
You should value your customers not money …
The food was unnecessarily expensive and the taste was really bad. None of the dishes met our expectations, and it felt like there was no value for money at all. The service was slow and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse.
The only good thing was the ambience, which is decent and well maintained. However, ambience alone cannot compensate for poor food quality and bad service.
Overall, it was a pathetic experience, and we regret choosing this place based on reviews. We will definitely not recommend this restaurant and won’t be visiting again.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so disappointing that it deserves to be shared.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear that professionalism and hospitality are not part of their service. The waiters seemed completely untrained and disinterested — no greetings, no basic manners, and they had no clue about the menu. It took ages just to get water and take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive.
When the food finally did come, it was another letdown. The taste was below average — bland, oily, and nothing close to what’s described on the menu. For the high prices they charge, I expected at least decent quality, but everything felt overpriced and underwhelming.
To make things worse, the manager was equally unprofessional, brushing off our feedback with excuses instead of addressing the issues.
Overall, this place seriously needs to work on its service, staff training, and food quality. Definitely not worth the money or time. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
The food lacked not just flavor, but intent — as if the kitchen forgot its own mission statement.
The presentation felt off-brand, the taste was a missed KPI, and the overall experience fell far below even baseline expectations.
I genuinely hope the team treats this as a strategic inflection point and recalibrates for quality.
What We Tried:
Starters: Manchow Soup, Veg Tai Pai, and Crispy Corn – Decent, nothing groundbreaking.
Mains: Veg Kolhapuri, Veg Kheema Kasturi, Garlic Naan, Jeera Rice, and Curd – A mixed bag.
Now, the Kolhapuri? Overloaded with masala to the point of being overwhelming. Kheema Kasturi? The best of the lot, but that’s not saying much. Garlic Naan? Way too thick—felt more like pizza bread than naan. Jeera rice? Just okay. But the curd? So sour that even sugar couldn’t rescue it! Asked for a replacement, and their response? “That’s how we serve it. No replacement. No cancellation.” Seriously?
Service was quick but indifferent—they bring dishes on time but have zero regard for feedback. No matter what you say, it’s like talking to a wall.
Bottom Line: A beautiful setting and great music can’t save a place if the food and service don’t deliver. Havana needs to step up—big time.
