We are a food truck located outside Brother’s Cascadia Brewery in Hazel Dell. Even though we are tucked off the main drag of Highway 99 we are a quick stop off I-5 Exit 5. Our menu has a variety of traditional pizzas, but specials change weekly and sometimes get crazy! We believe in having fun and cooking with fire!

We tried 4 pizzas including the Vesuvius, Kevin, Lemon Song, and pesto.
Each was delicious and extremely well made.
They use fresh herbs in their pizzas, which you really taste while eating them. The cheeses they use are amazing and specially ordered by them.
They are right outside a bar with plenty of outdoor seating and there is also extra outdoor seating right next to them, or you can order to go.
I will definitely come back! Such a hidden gem and they were not as busy as they deserve to be.

Holy cow. Delicious crispy balanced pizza. Just the right amount of sauce and toppings. I got the macaroni and the BBP and added pepperoni. I’m not ashamed to admit I ate it all in one sitting, even though the plan was for leftovers! Ha. And finally, and most importantly, a pineapple pizza with a decent, nay, perfect, amount of pineapple! Rejoice!

Went to HautBox with a craving for a hot cheesy pizza on a rainy day. However, their vegan pizza, with polenta as a topping, caught my eye and I had to switch gears. Dang, it was so frickin’ good. I’m a crust snob and the crust was awesome. Service was super friendly too! Can’t wait to try a meaty cheesy pizza next.

They had some unique pizzas, I ordered one extra pizza than I was going to because I just had to try them since it was my last night in town. The pizzas were great and I’ll definitely be visiting them again next time I’m in the area. This is a food truck located outside of Brothers Cascadia Brewery.

Absolutely stupendous! I normally wouldn’t order a pizza with the toppings that you see here, but it was incredible! The flavor and the crust was perfect! Excellent service and atmosphere being located right next to Brothers Cascadia brewing makes this pizza joint a win win. I highly recommend giving them a shot, you won’t regret it

The hot dogs are also wonderful! A sausage or brat wrapped in pizza dough is perfect for a lunch time bite.
