I stopped by Haute Dawgz Boutique Sausage and was blown away! I ordered the Chicken Habanero Street Vendor Sausage and the Animal Style Fries — both were absolutely delicious. The sausage had the perfect balance of flavor and heat and was honestly the star of the show sausage was 10/10, and the fries were loaded and satisfying. What really stood out was the service — the owner (or who I believe to be the owner) personally talked us through the menu and was super friendly and helpful. Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Chill owner, clever marketing and even better food. I’ve been multiple times in person to the Costa Mesa Kitchen where he has a small store front in a building with a conglomerate of ghost kitchens. Super friendly guy who is always coming up with new items on the menu to try. I’ve been blown away every time. I’d recommend stopping in and asking about the menu if you have the time. This isn’t your typical glizzy experience, this are artisan crafted sausages. Highly recommend the Morning Wood in the photo. (I’m no photographer)

If you are ever in town check out Haute Dawgz, where I got to try a really delicious corn dog. You get to choose whatever dawg you want too. Thanks to Keith for hooking me up with extra waffle fries. Honestly the best waffle fries I ever had cuz of the seasoning and the oil wasn’t old so they were light and crispy. Even good cold. I was hungry and just decided to try and I am very happy I did. You will leave full and the prices aren’t outrageous especially for the quality. Next time I go back I need to try there award winning Dr. Pepper Chilli sound so good. Thank you for the hospitality and amazing grub.

I recently tried The Italian Stallion at Haute Dawgz, and it was absolutely delicious! The sausage was perfectly cooked and juicy, packed with bold flavor. The tri-colored bell peppers and bourbon caramelized onions added a wonderful sweet and smoky balance, while the crispy shallots gave it a satisfying crunch. The fine herbs and micro chefs blend brought a fresh, aromatic touch that really elevated the dish.
The red onion ash crema and truffle garlic aioli were the perfect creamy, flavorful finishing sauces without overpowering the other ingredients. All of this was served in a soft bun that held everything together perfectly.
The Italian Stallion is a gourmet twist on the classic sausage, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and flavorful bite. Definitely five stars! can’t wait to come back for more!

My family and I just had their sausages for the first time at The BrewHouse in San Juan Capistrano last night. David, the guy serving, was extremely cool, kind, and helpful and gave us a great deal since we bought 5 of them.
They were so dang delicious! We all loved the peppers and sauces that were put on them. They really exceeded my expectations since I’ve been wanting to try them for so long. They DID NOT disappoint. I highly recommend trying them. My mother, brother, and I all said they were the best sausages we’ve ever had!
I hope they keep serving them at The BrewHouse since we go pretty regularly and would absolutely love to give them more business.

Keith the owner is a super solid dude, you can tell he has an extreme passion for the food he creates and it speaks for itself, I came yesterday and tried two of the Italian sausages and they were amazing (I really only needed one bc they’re giant) I came back today to try out the smash burger and it too was excellent. I will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone and everyone and already have told a few people about my great experience here. Thankyou for the great food and great vibes.
