A very good restaurant. The food is simple and good.
The atmosphere and the service are excellent.
I recommend to make a reservation. We were just lucky to walk inside from a heavy snowfall and get a table right away.

Hauser has a strong presence in the middle of town. It is very much a restaurant rather than Cafe, even at lunch. Menu is centrered on strachy options- great for cold ski weather I suppose. Prices are very Swiss: a beer and hot chocolate cost us $35 AUD. Lovely wait staff.

A very decent and honest choice, nothing to complain about but also nothing too special. We sat for a quick lunch, service was fast, food was decent, tried the traditional pizokel which was great, and reasonable prices.

We were asked whether we wanted bread with the soup. We said yes, but it never arrived. As you can see in the photos, I finished my soup and it still hadn’t been brought.

We were also asked if we wanted sausage on the side of our daughter’s plate. We said yes to that as well, but it never arrived either — again, clearly visible in the photos.

You will also notice that my wife doesn’t have a meal at all, because the order was taken incorrectly.

If you still want to fool yourself and pay high prices for very poor service in a place like St. Moritz, this is a place you can come to. If you look closely at the waiters’ faces, you can clearly see how unhappy they are.

Pros: The location is great, it’s a cute restaurant and very picturesque.

Con’s:
-The hot chocolate and Kaffe Latte we ordered were cold. Not even lukewarm.
-The cups were SO SMALL and the barista did not even fill it up all the way (a little bit more than half). We literally watched her stop at the half way mark and then use a spoon to add two more spoonfuls.
-We waited at the bar for at least 5 minutes before we had to ask for help. Both barista’s noticed us and never asked us if we wanted to order.
-She took my sisters order and proceeded to make two of those drinks, without taking my order. I then told her I didn’t order the hot chocolate and she’s like “well when I see two of you I think you want two”
-Definitely not worth the price (14.50 CHF ~16€ which came out to $25 CAD)

I had the vegetable soup (delicious), devoured the generous bread basket (delicious), and had the traditional rosti (I liked it, my first one however). My sparkling water was cold and bubbly. My server was kind and efficient.

What are all you one-star brokies crying about? It’s like reading yelp reviews from 2010. “My sandwich was the worst sandwich in human history!!! Whaaaaaaa!!!”

Is it expensive? Yeah. If you want a good deal then maybe eat at a street stall or get food at COOP or, I dunno, MAYBE DON’T TRAVEL TO ONE OF THE MOST ELITE AND EXPENSIVE SKI TOWNS ON EARTH? Just an idea!

I tried the Bio Barbecue Burger with fries at Hauser Restaurant in St. Moritz, and it was a treat. The burger had a wonderfully fresh-from-the-farm flavor—juicy, natural, and full of clean taste. The fries were crisp and paired perfectly with the smoky barbecue notes. Simple, fresh, and satisfying—exactly what you’d hope for in a hearty Alpine meal.

The atmosphere is really nice especially if you catch a table outside! The food was good, but not special. The dessert was much better than the raclette! But too expensive for the offert!
