Adrian is the best serve ever. He took care of my family and made us feel like royalty. I never been to Jackson before but I told all my friends to come here for the best tacos and ever better time… just make sure you sit in Adrian’s section he’s literally the best ✨

I had an amazing experience at Hatch Taqueria this past weekend! My friends and I were in Jackson Hole for a marathon, and Hatch turned out to be the perfect spot to refuel and relax. The salmon tacos were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. We also ordered queso fondue with chips, which was rich and cheesy, and the guacamole was super fresh and well-seasoned. Everyone’s food looked amazing, and one of my friends really enjoyed the breakfast burrito too.
The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy good food and good company. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Jackson Hole!
I will say however they wouldn’t let us split the bill into plates (pay for what each person ordered individually) but rather just evenly across the board with all of my friends. If I had known this was the case I may have gotten something cheaper seeing that my salmon tacos cost more than the Al pastor tacos and we ended up paying the same amount.

Perfect for a dinner after exploring The Tetons! Definitely get these to share for the table – they were a hit! We also enjoyed having a decent variety of tasty vegetarian options here.

If this was based on service you would get a 5 star from me! But, the food was subpar especially for the price. Margaritas were also good but again, the amount vs. cost doesn’t add up. The dude was SO nice and even took my bacon back bc it wasn’t extra extra crispy lol. ❤️ but overall it left much to be desired.

Went in this evening after skiing. Friends ordered Mole Chicken Enchiladas, and I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Enchiladas. Salsa and chips were good; entrees were absolutely delicious. We would definitely come back the next time we ski out here. Editing this review. We did not eat here, accidentally left this review for the wrong restaurant. I have never been here and cannot comment on the food or drink.

This spot is absolutely perfect for brunch with freshly made dishes. The brunch options are fantastic, not to mention the delightful cocktails and desserts they offer. The service is quick and good! We ordered Huevos Rancheros, and it was different from most East Coast places and tasted freshly prepared.

AVOID!! That’s the word which comes to my mind when I think of this place.
That’s exactly what happened with me when I went to have dinner.
The restaurant was not busy at all. Just a few tables here and there.
I waited at the hostess station for her to seat me…..
I waited and waited and waited while the hostess who walked passed me multiple times looking at me and completely ignoring at all times.
She (a young girl in all black attire) kept looking and walking away pretending to work but never once acknowledged me or even gave me any sign or a smile to say that she’ll come as soon as she is finished with NOTHING she was doing.
The guests at your bar also saw what is happening. Just like me they also tried to look at the hostess that someone’s waiting to be seated. But the hostess completely ignored.
Shame on you for treating your customers like this.
I am so glad I didn’t waste my precious money & time at your restaurant. I came outside feeling very disrespected and disheartened.
So yes PLEASE AVOID this place if you like your dignity. And don’t be fooled by the five star reviews.
