Placed an order for the BYO catering. It doesn’t give you the option to select no beans so I tried to call and was sent to a bunch of AI recordings with no help. I don’t eat beans and didn’t want them to go to waste. I think her name was Amber on 12/31 around 1pm, she reached out to me and helped with my order. Very helpful and very friendly!!! Wish it had been easier to get ahold of a person but very glad she called. Thank you again Amber have a blessed year!

Came in at 10 pm 1/20/26 with my brother and girlfriend. Was disturbed to see a 3 inch roach on the floor by our feet. My girlfriend was disgusted and lost her appetite. My brother told an employee who told the manager and after 15 minutes of watching the giant roach run around the floor i asked the manager if it was normal that customers complain about roaches and they do nothing and the man told me “they come in and out all the time” and “it’s a Florida thing” utter disbelief is an understatement. This is single handedly the worst chipotle experience i’ve ever had or heard about. This place should be closed and the manager should be scorned for his customer service at least. I don’t normally leave these but this is just unacceptable. Man didn’t even offer to make things right in anyway after i told him my girlfriend lost her appetite and won’t eat. I’m calling corporate tomorrow.

I order soft tacos I’m so confused why they were packed like a burrito? The shells were stuck together the moment I went to pick it up everything fell apart, I personally think this had to be packaged wrong. Why not wrap them all separately? Per laziness do better chipotle!

Brought dinner from this location last night at 9:00 p.m. & was shorted on my portions. The server literally gave me small portions. The server didn’t give me scoop full or spoonful portions at all. Instead he insisted to give me small portions from the side of the spoon. When I asked why is he being short with the portions he looked at me & didn’t say a word nor did he even try to fix the problem. From the protein to the other toppings I was shorted as you can see in the photo. Im highly disappointed & dissatisfied with that service for real.

The food is the same at every chipotle but during my last visit there was a customer that was highly allergic to something. I saw management deep clean and replace every single scooper and brought out new meat, veggies etc. just for this customer. To make sure he would not have an allergic reaction. That’s what I call hospitality.

Had the worst experience at this chipotle. Ordered a salad bowl to go with carnitas. 3 pieces of carnitas were added to my bowl. I asked for more and they said I would be charge for double. You can see in the photo the meat is minimal. The photo is showing all the meat in the bowl. The employees were not friendly either. I will not be going back to this chipotle. For a $15 bowl, I expect a lot more meat. AND the food was lukewarm warm at best. Very disappointing

This is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. The woman who made my bowl was extremely nice. But this location is going to get someone sick. They NEVER clean the line, they slide peoples burritos right through a slop of sour cream lettuce and corn,ive had to ask them on 4 separate occasions to PLEASE clean the counter before sliding peoples food through it. Look at all the bad reviews and clearly fake 5 star reviews. Im calling corporate, this place is gross

This is a really good chipotle!! The portion sizes are good and the food tastes great. The only thing that was weird is that they didn’t have any forks? But we managed to eat our bowls with a spoon so it was not the end of the world. Would definitely come here again!

How many times do I have to say please don’t forget my dressing? They forgot my dressing. I suppose that’s on me for not triple checking the order like I work there. Why do they offer salad with dressing if they can’t remember to give the dressing. Also the food is way too salty today.
