Ordered take out hibachi plate last week and received a huge plate of rice and tiny portion of steak. Tossed it up to a bad batch and gave it a second chance tonight but had the same results.

Man we really used to love it here. Stopped by since we were in town and it was disappointing. Came around 3 so I GET that it’s in between the rushes but the chicken was dry, the rice too. Must have been sitting out a while cuz my dumplings were fresh. Also I wish the menu was still up front not just at the door. Customer service was… passable. Shame, I know how good the food can be too.

So the first picture is what their website advertises, and the second picture is what I got. Barely any meat compared to what is advertised. This is the SECOND time this has happened. It’s disappointing, as I like their food. If you eat here, make sure you get what is advertised. Not sure if management is aware of this issue. I will have to strongly reconsider going here again.

Yummy, very simple entree options, nothing complicated. I visit in so often the staff knows my order when they see me on phone caller ID. You pick your protein either Joachim or teriyaki style and choose rice or noodles and get a side of stir fried veggies. They do have egg rolls and other appetizers you can order separately.

There are absolutely no prices listed anywhere! Egg rolls are listed under appetizers, which to me an appetizer is a group of people can partake in. Nope, $2.50 for 1 egg roll which is crazy. The only thing that was actually fresh was the meat, which I will say was good and very flavorful. However, I’m pretty sure the noodles were made a couple weeks and reheated numerous times. The veggies were a mix of under cooked and overcooked to the point of soggy. Overall, 1st and last time we will come here!

Very disappointed. This is poor quality, unhealthy teriyaki chicken. This is NOT like the type you get from Sarku Japan. The food is just sitting under lamps and is not fresh. The sauce is overly sugary, the rice is fried and the veggies are not steamed. The food is not low priced either. I will never come here again.
