The sandwiches are absolutely incredible! They are generous with the portions. I got The Godfather. I thought a large would be enough for me… It was the size of a small football. I had it for two meals. A regular would have been perfect… no complaint.
We are going back this week. It was on point and became one of my all time favorites!

Each time I get a sandwich here the food is worse.
When they opened I got in Italian sandwich and a meatball sub. Both phenomenal.
Since then I’ve had multiple sandwiches that weren’t just bad, they were terrible.
My two most recent experiences were getting a Philly cheesesteak and another Italian. The steak in the Philly cheesesteak was burnt and why little wasn’t burnt was over cooked. When assembling the Italian they took bricks of sandwich meat right out of the package and put them in the sandwich. It made for tough eating and poor texture.
I kept coming back because I wanted to support a local business but I won’t be coming here ever again.

Asked what their favorite sandwich was and was suggested the Italian. So good! There was this sauce, or pickled something, maybe it was olive. I’m not sure but the flavor of it and everything together hit it out of the ballpark for me. Definitely recommend. Brownies are rich and sweet. If you love chocolate like me, get one

Amazing fresh sandwiches made by some amazing people! We had the pastrami on wheat and the Italian sub called the godfather. So so good! This is a great local deli run by a family you must go visit!

Finally an actual deli! Harvey’s popped up on Google maps when searching for a restaurant on our way to San Antonio. A bit hard to find because the name is only on the door, but man, am I happy we stopped in. I had the godfather and was very impressed – so packed with flavor from end to end. Fresh tomatoes and oil topped it off. I wonder what it would taste like with some hot giardiniera.

Please update your hours. It would be the considerate thing to do for your customers. Drove out of the way to get a sandwich and you guys were closed: it shows you close at 5pm online but you closed at 2:30 as per your sign on the door.
