Asked for just 3 Ketchups and got 35 Ketchups instead. Very much Disrespectful. Feels like I have never seen Ketchups in my life. What a way of showing true colors towards your customers and losing them. Never ever will come back again. Thanks for this wonderful customer service.

I am at Harvey’s right now , there is a young guy making the burgers up chewing his gum with his mouth open over top of it. Also would like to mention that the guys taking the orders and giving the food out the window doesn’t seem like he’s very friendly. My drinks came out unmarked and all he said was yah we didn’t mark them. Do better Harvey’s.

Not only did i genuinely have to off road in the drive thru I had a strange little man take my order and he just kinda freaked me out a bit idk it was too much AND I was given 3 and A HALF pickles. Not enough to sustain a growing boy like me. Waste of 3.50. NOT awesome

I’ll be rethinking to order from here in the future. Tonight was a disappointing. I ordered ahead on the app, and had many things wrong with my order. Started with missing an order of fries, a double burger was only a single.. I went back in and had these rectified. Only to get home and have a chicken wrap and a burger with no toppings on them. I wrote a previous review- This location STILL does NOT carry salads so there are NO healthy options.
They tell me every week that “we didn’t receive our lettuce this week”. When ordering a salad, the girl asked someone “are we making side salads”? …and then I was told again “we have no lettuce”. Do they just not want to make salads at this location?
Why not just take it off the menu??
All Harveys should carry the same items, if it isn’t standardized, this should be addressed with the franchisee!!!!
Every other Harveys we have visited serve salads except this one. Why?
Don’t your restaurants have to follow the same menus?
Sometimes, customers want healthy alternatives!!!

Wait 15 minutes in drive thru lane for 3 lukewarm jr cheeseburgers and fries that were barely warm, this place has gone downhill, sad, wont be returning. Asked kid at drive thru for ketchup, his response was remind me when I bring your food, luckily it was only a 3 min more wait and he remembered. Must miss restaurant

For a Business thats opened until 10:30pm, I showed up at 9:45pm in the Drive Thru lights were on inside. No one took my order and everyone decided to leave. What the hell service is this? 0/5 should be the true score not even a 1.
