We arrived at your restaurant. There was only one other inside customer upon arrival a Door Dash driver picking up a large order. We placed an order and expected to wait a bit for it. We sat down and waited for our meal. When the food arrived my food was the new crispy onion bacon bbq jr sandwich. I took a bite and it tasted burn’t. I looked at the meat and it was blackened on one side and lightly brown on the other. I went to the counter to show the person who approached me the sandwich and explained that it tasted burnt. She told me “ that is the way we cook them.” I then threw the sandwich away as I was offered no resolution. Upon returning to my seat I heard the employee waiting on the order for the driver begin discussing how if I worked at a Burger King I would know how it was cooked. As I walked in, I visited the restroom, only to see it about as dirty as could be… There was, at least, paper towel & soap in their respective dispensers (There was a full staff, and it wasn’t busy enough to excuse the lack of service to the restroom). I got in line, which wasn’t long at all, and was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I then presented my phone with a QR code. The team member let out an audible *sigh* and had to call the manager in order to address the presentation of said code from the BK app… After that, I was given my change & receipt. I moved over to the waiting area. I should note that the rest of the restaurant was very clean, and there was even a surprising amount of holiday decor (which I, personally, appreciate). There wasn’t enough people in front of me, or in the drive thru, to justify the amount of time I waited for a single Whopper (given the amount of staff on hand), but there was a rather large order in front of me, so the wait time wasn’t completely unjustified… A couple in front of me was becoming a bit frustrated about their wait time, though. I eventually got my sandwich and made my way out of the store.
All in all, it was an above- average visit to a BK, compared to my more recent visits to other locations… But, it would be remiss of me, not to mention the unacceptable condition of their restroom again.

It seems like my order isn’t ever right, if it’s more than fries and a drink it’s usually anyone’s guess as to what the order will be. But the staff is always pleasant and generally upbeat. I appreciate that.

We are visiting from up north and wanted to give props to this Burger King! Back home, our Burger King is nothing but awful service and food but this Burger King was amazing!! Super fast service, hot fresh food! The young lady who was taking orders and at the drive thru window was amazing!! Young looking red headed woman, you got your customer service down! Just wanted to say thank you for giving us a great experience at a Burger King again!

Great place for out of towners!
Enjoyed dinner and a big order. Manager supported a trainee. Food was accurately made and good for the most part.
Kids meal toy was kind of lame, but that is corporate.
