What a way to kick off my birthday vacation trip. Arrived at the Sigina by Hilton early Christmas Eve.
Flying always messes with my knee as I’m awaiting surgery. I spent most of the day getting settled and resting my knee.
I use think it was work, but I realized I just don’t have good regular eating habits. It was dinner time, and I hadn’t eaten since 4:30AM at the airport.
I wanted to go to La Luce, but they were booked solid, so I headed to Harvest Bistro, and I’m so glad I did.
Marilyn my “Premier Server”, was on point every step of the way.
First it was cold, so I ended up changing tables not once, not twice, but three time–Marilyn no problems.
First, she got me a coffee with Bailey to get me warmth up. It did the job:)
As noted, I hadn’t eaten since 4AM before I got on the plane, and I slept through their flight refreshments. By this time of the day I was just a little hungry, which I shared with Marilyn and asked for her recommendations.
All her recommendations were on point. She recommended the burger, which is something I rarely eat; however, from the first bite, I knew I had made the right choice. I forget what it was made with, but it was super tasty. The burger came with fries, that were also good.
From the picture it doesn’t look like a lot of food, yet it was definitely filling. I ended up taking half the fries to my room. Notably they were good the next day COLD–no microwave in the room.
Marilyn was AMAZING! She regularly checked on me to make sure everything was good. She refreshed my water, and I have to say Harvest Bistro has the BEST water, you can literally taste the difference. I’m not a fan of water, and I don’t drink enough of it, but I had two maybe three glasses of their water over dinner.
I shared my birthday was Christmas and they treated me to their “Oreo Cheesecake. Now Chocolate Cheesecake is my favorite cake, and this one was simply incredible–one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of Cheesecakes. I kicked off Christmas morning; my birthday, enjoying it with coffee–delicious!
I felt so welcomed and special while dining at Harvest Bistro, their service is top notch.

Credit needs to be given where credit is due. THANK YOU for an amazing Thanksgiving feast. It was one of the best ever for our family! I thoroughly enjoyed your takes on traditional favorites like stuffing, corn casserole, cranberry sauce, and more, but even my picky teens who don’t like turkey, ham and stuffing were impressed with your spread, enjoying macaroni and cheese, sushi, shrimp, and prime rib. The dessert table was both beautiful and delicious, and the Thanksgiving ice sculpture was so pretty. I had surgery on my arm shortly before Thanksgiving, and I could not have put on such an amazing, delicious meal myself. I really enjoyed some unexpected things, too, like the figs and fruit with the gourmet cheeses. All of your staff was so kind, friendly, patient and professional, from hostesses to the waiter to the severs to the manager who made rounds to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thank you for working on Thanksgiving and for making it so special. On a side note, we were a bit upset and in sticker shock over the parking, especially since our family arrived in 2 vehicles, so it was $80. We were initially told it would be validated, but then the manager said they don’t do that.

Came here to celebrate my birthday (i was staying at the hotel for A conference) and it was amazing. I got the bolognese and sangria. I had the key lime pie and everything was absolutely delicious. The server went out of his way to make my birthday dinner amazing it really meant alot. Thanks so much!

For breakfast, just get the buffet, don’t expect too much from the steak. It takes ~half an hour to cook and it’s only palm size and 3/4” thick.

We had a pretty good experience. We did have to wait a long time for service and food, despite there being several empty tables. The food was delicious but kind of small portions for the entrees. The kids portions were huge though!

It was an interesting night for dining. Between the significance and waldorf, most restaurants were booked and/or had a wait list. The bistro had openings. The decor of the restaurant was simple. The service was excellent. Stan was predestination and very personable. The food was excellent.

We stopped by for a light lunch before heading out for the day and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Jeffrey, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. When we had trouble deciding what to order, he guided us with helpful suggestions, and even shared some great local tips for exploring Orlando. The food was delicious, but it was the exceptional service that really made our day. Jeffrey’s service is the pinnacle of F&B/Hospitality client servicing. We’re looking forward to coming back, and hopefully having Jeffrey as our server again!

I enjoyed the Signia breakfast buffet, and the cornucopia of offerings was excellent! Flavorful, fresh, and well prepared were all the breakfast foods, from made-to-order omelets to the sausage links and bacon slices. Fluffy pancakes, bagels, cereals, all fit for a carb-lover’s dream come true!
It’s difficult to find good service, much less expect great service. However: if you are fortunate enough to have Jeff as your server, you will have all expectations exceeded! This gentleman is a walking “master class” of how excellent service once was, and hopefully, will be again! I’m more than happy to have found this gastronomic gem, and experience a 5 star service experience.
