We went through the drive through and they made me repeat my order 7 times (a bacon egg and cheese which is litterally the most basic order ever) and then i pulled up to the window and they said they didn’t have that written in my order and the man gave me an awful attitude about it and made me pull to the front and wait 10 minutes for it. I sent my husband to the store and he went threw the drive threw in literally on the phone hearing the lady giving an attitude being disrespectful to him because she couldn’t understand him she was being racist and told him to go back to his country. Like we came for coffee not insults. Worse costumer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’s. Mind you she had an accent too. Dunkin hiring anybody now a days with no home training

Went here with my nieces and we were accused of stealing. My husband and my two nieces ordered food in addition to drinks. I ordered a bagel, a croissant, bagel twist and another item. We were missing the bagel twist for my 10 year old niece. When I politely explained to the girl on duty, she gave me a suspicious look and asked to see our bag… she then pointed to the croissant I had in my hands and exclaimed that was it. Apologies if she’s reading this post and can’t make out the big words. So I had to open my sandwich and show her it wasn’t a bagel twist. Luckily, she was able to tell the difference between twisted dough and a sandwich (phew!) After several minutes a gentleman showed up and stressed that he definitely put the item in the bag… I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he stated he was not but pretty sure he put it in the bag… it wasn’t until I threatened to call corporate that they gave me the item I paid for (confirmed on my receipt). I do realize sometimes muppet drive through workers don’t put the entire order in. This was not the case, we paid for the item. This incident happened 2 weeks ago, I’ve not really had the time to sit down and write this review. I do plan on calling corporate, just making both individuals involved sweat a bit as what they did to me and my husband especially in front of my two nieces was extremely unacceptable. I can promise both of you that your behavior won’t be tolerated. By the time I am done making my point, both parties involved will pray to actually lose their jobs. Cheers, for now.

They keep lying to me about being out of muchkins, even though when they substitue them for donuts, I can see that they have them.
Also, there’s no parking.
They also gave my mom a random person’s order when she went to pick up a mobile order AND MADE HER PAY FOR IT. This is the most incompetent Dunkins in the area.

Unfortunately, this is the one down the street from my work. There is almost always a problem with my orders. The last three times it was the wrong number of munchkins. Which you wouldn’t think is a big deal. Until you realize I’m getting these for toddlers that are each allowed a certain number. When that number isn’t fulfilled or is different, absolute chaos ensues. So it really grinds my gears to know that I’m paying someone else to make my job more difficult. I mean, is it really that hard to count to 50? I teach my kids numbers every day and, so far, they can count up to 100. Maybe Dunkin’s should hire toddlers. Just a thought.

They didn’t know what they were doing at all, I asked for assorted munchkins and got all glazed and I’m missing 8 of them even though they almost didn’t give me them at all had to remind them. they also didn’t have any sausage or everything bagels didn’t know any of this until I got to the window

I go to this dunkin every day get 2 coffees. The manager put it in the tray. Got to the car put in the first coffee in the cup holder. Grab the second coffee and the lid wasn’t on correctly spilled coffee on my husbands leg got burned .and all over my car. I went back told the manager. told her nicely that the lid was not pressed down and she gave me lecture with an attitude on how to pick up a cup of coffee. Worst attitude ever as a manager. Wont be going back again

I don’t understand how this staff is trained here. Two staff member both heavy set women that work here should not have a job with public. Someone ordered a coffee they made it incorrectly and the staff start to give an attitude. Clearly when someone knows what their coffee is supposed to taste like when it’s not made correctly it won’t taste good. I believe as a consumer respect goes a long way. That’s not how you treat someone who is purchasing an item from your establishment. Wait! To top it off they told the customer that their is a Dunkin’ on every corner for him to go there. Well let me tell you something if you start saying that to all your customers you will be left with none.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone! When I placed my order at the drive thru the employee was very Rudy and unpleasant, then when I approached the window to retrieve my order I was greeted with the manager who cashing guests out so I took the opportunity to explain to her that the worker who took my order was very rude to me and it seemed as if she was mad and taking it out on customers and that this was not good customer service the way she handled it was unprofessional she laughed in my face and said oh ok… Top it all off they got my order wrong but after all that I wasn’t going back! Not even for a free coffee customer service here is horrible and I’m one of those individuals who values great service and would rather drive an extra mile or two to go to another location where I will get a pleasant individual take my order and greeted with a smile. Not with rudeness and misery. On that note don’t go to this dunking service here is horrible your better of driving around the block to the one on pleasant st. Where they are simply amazing!
