I find the food very satisfying, different from the usual fastfood chicken restaurant.with livers and gizzard.The bread are soft and sweet tasting. Those taste buds who wants it different.This is the best choice.Its like grandmama’s cooking that needs patience and understanding.The staff are good to us,we don’t mind waiting since it doesn’t take 1 hour as some are commenting 10mins wait is just fine.I highly support Seniors work and respected them.

Out of all the restaurants in Missouri City on this side of Cartwright this is the worst one! A hour in line waiting on chicken is ridiculous with no way to get out. The Hispanic lady always has a nasty attitude! This is the second time I’ve gotten home and something was missing out if my order. I tried to call and of course no answer. The health department needs to step there game up and give them a visit as well. Whoever owns this establishment need to give that woman her walking papers that works there never greets the customer her attitude is absolutely disgusting!

Actually, this is my 2nd review of this establishment. Just ordered chicken, no sides. Unfortunately, the chicken was old. Opened a couple of pieces and they were bruised on the inside. Very deeply fried and not much flavor. Not as good as the last visit.

Those gizzards are tough and you cannot eat them. I knew my mom liked them so I thought I’d surprise her. She said “I’m 80 years I’ve never had a gizzard that tough. They don’t know what they are doing”.
Then I tried to buy a breast ala carte. 6.00‼️ Get outta here!

I ordered gizzards and they were cooked fresh I loved that but the meat had absolutely no seasoning on it I mean it was all white like really finally get fresh cooked food and it has no seasoning how disappointing

Food was okay, but the rolls really tucked. Waited about 10 minutes to get order our food and another 20 minutes to get it. This location i supposed needed more employees to help expedite this is, but the one that took our order seemed like she didn’t even want to be there.

I usually do take out here but decided to dine in today. Never again…the chicken (an hour after opening) was dried out with the texture of wood. The ice machine was streaked with mold…all over the soda dispenser too. It’s obvious that the food on both buffets are old. The atmosphere is unappealing and the workers are totally rude. The health department needs to be contacted asap.

Have been a loyal customer of the missouri city tx location for over 20 yrs and since covid 19 the service is absolutely horrible and the lobby is closed all the time as well as in 2018 the buffet food was either burned or old and not fresh. And the staff is very impolite.
Too bad we used to go to that location regularly.

through the drive-through and ordered a dozen of half-and-half of gizzard and liver, I drove off not thinking anything different would be in my order, but to my surprise I got mostly liver I eat about three gizzards and one liver. The grease must have been old or overused. I Elected to take the food back and get what I ordered. When I arrived I was met with John who had the balls to state to me “ YOU ATE THEM ALL” my mouth dropped, I was at a loss for words. I gave JOHN the food and walked out of the restaurant.
