Decided to try some place new and ended up here!! I was a huge fan of Billy Bob’s and had high hopes for the burger place that took its place … long story short, this place did not disappoint at all!! I would describe this place as a kid friendly bar and grill, I went on the last Friday, so it was karaoke night, and kinda loud, however still a easy going vibe, and even the kids were in on the good times!! I had the jalapeño burger, which was every thing I hoped it would be, half fries and onion rings, and a vanilla milk shake that had a familiar thick and creamy flavor, I think it was Blue Bell Ice Cream, so you know it did not disappoint!! IYKYK My company had the Billy cheesesteak that really looked good too, so I will have to go back to find out for myself!! This place is an easy 10/10!!

Best burger in the area, hands down! Cassidy’s Grille is absolutely delicious and the service is fantastic. The staff and the owner are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. They also have a bar with karaoke on Fridays, which is such a fun touch! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My husband and I decided we wanted burgers today. It had been a while since we had visited Cassidy’s (since right after it changed from Billy Bob’s). They have completely updated the inside to our surprise and delight. We were greeted upon walking in and the hostess/waitress kept her kindness and enthusiasm through our entire time there. We started with the spicy cheese curds and they were fried to perfection and had a decent kick on the back end. My husband ordered the Poppin’ Jalapeño Burger with fries and I ordered The Texan with onion rings. Both burgers hit the spot and were full of flavor and wonderful. Their menu is extensive and I can imagine anything would be delicious. We will absolutely be back again and making this a regular stop.

THIS. Cassidy’s Grill has thoroughly exceeded the overall standard (for me) when it comes to memorable food and admirable customer service! I simply ordered a cheeseburger adding grilled onions & a fried egg Look family, it was perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection served on a toasted-buttered bun! The flavors were excellently balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. Voted as One of the Best Burgers in Central Texas (2023) and located off of Stan Schluter right behind Enterprise Rental Car, Cassidy’s Grill presented an inviting ambiance. The hostess, Marissa, was graciously welcoming. She made me feel right at home! Thank you Marissa for your genuine kindness and delightful hospitality! Savanna, took my order, was knowledgeable, she made excellent recommendations, and ensured my beverage was never empty. I really appreciated that the music wasn’t blasting like it is in most restaurants. It actually felt calm and easy to have a conversation. We walked in around 3 on a Sunday, knowing they close at 4, and they were still so welcoming and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
Before we even sat down, they let us know they were running low on burger patties, which I honestly respected. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Our waiter was attentive and genuinely kind the entire time. When we paid, he even apologized and mentioned they were much busier than expected that day.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Today was my first trip to Cassidy’s. I had been in the mood for a hamburger for the last couple of days and I looked online to see where some of the best burgers in Killeen were. I was really pleased about the food and the service. Had a double cheeseburger with tater tots and the burger was absolutely fantastic, It was so tasty. Tater tots were cooked perfectly! I had a chocolate shake because come on what’s a good burger and tater tots without a nice chocolate shake? But it was a little underwhelming and I can let that go.
Next was the service. A young lady named Mia waited on my friend and I and she did a fantastic job! She’s very personable, attentive and friendly And I am always very happy to have someone like that take care of us in a restaurant. Overall I will definitely be back.

Me and my son have become Burger connoisseurs and this is by far the best Burger around the Killeen area! We always try something new and the burgers were amazing! Very juicy not greasy. Cheese curds well I have one word….Delicious!! Aubrey was very attentive and polite come down and check this place out.
