The food is cold, the floors are slippery and going to cause someone to get seriously hurt. Customer service isn’t all that great. We will not be back to this location. We have always enjoyed Hartz Chicken, this very location in Huntsville, Tx is by far the worst we have ever been to.

Then very rude manager. We have had lunch and or dinner there quite often but we will never be back.

Chicken wasn’t done. One of the lady staff members was rude and didn’t want to give us fresh kitchen wings. The food on the steam table was old and needed attention. Drive thru orders are given old chicken from the steam table. I will not be eating there again and I was a regular.

Serve who you want whenever you want, but fix your damn hours so I don’t go driving an hour just to find out you don’t want to serve anyone when you’re supposed to be open, hour and a half before close. At least three employees slowly putzing around cleaning. Just tell everyone you close at 7 if it’s that hard to clean up.

I can’t believe I just paid over $30 for some dry, muddy-tasting chicken and fish . Seriously, the food was not worth the money at all; it was such a letdown! To make things worse, the staff seemed incredibly lazy and rude throughout the entire experience. They acted like they didn’t want to be there, which just made everything more unpleasant.
