The spot is nice , seems historic, nice and quiet atmosphere. Stopped in for lunch I really expected a really good hot dog but to my surprise it was mid nothing special or mind blowing . The burger was a lot better than the hot dogs . Bread was soggy at and wet at the bottom and the dog looks like a regular ballpark brand hot dog . Soda tasted off . Fries were good tho . Will I come back ? Probably not . Then they have the host 1 inch away from the guys bathroom to the point where she will have to move in order for one to get out the bathroom .

Service was friendly and prompt. Ordered the cabbage and ham soup which was delicious. This is my second visit and these guys definitely know how to make soup. Hot dogs! Cheesesteak and hoagie were all good. My only issue was that it was very chilly and made the visit a bit uncomfortable.

I normally don’t have a bad experience here, but I give a 3 stars because at least I could eat the pancakes. I ordered to go breakfast, and got a little extra ingredient in my eggs. Literally scrambled with the eggs.

Went to dinner with a friend last night and had such a great experience. Everyone was friendly! Our waitress Celene was amazing, she was friendly and so accommodating. Old Bay on fries – yes we can do that! Then when dessert came around she recited like 10 of them. My friend was impressed she could remember that many. We decided to go with the triple chocolate cake. Nice portion to share and delicious. My friend enjoyed the food and service so much, he is bringing his parents back for dinner.

Im very familiar with this place, both because I used to work here (10+ years ago) but also because family enjoys (enjoyED) the food.
To start off, it’s January and incredibly cold. We were upstairs where they didnt have the heat on. We all ate with our jackets on because at no point did it go above 62 degrees.
The quality of everything has dropped so far down below what should be considered acceptable while the prices have sky rocketed–for 3 of us–it was over $60. Spouse had 2 hotdogs, we had an appetizer, my wrap and 1 kids meal.
Just went there and asked what was included on the nachos and the waitress was guessing…only told us half the ingredients. Disappointed but fine, picked around what we didnt want.
Asked if a separate appetizer that was going to make my meal had onions and was told no only to have to have the waitress come back and say they did–luckily before it was made.
Ordered a chicken, bacon ranch wrap instead not realizing it would have lettuce and tomato (my bad?)
The menus have NO detail about is in a meal. Unbelievably frustrating and led to me not even eating the wrap. Didnt order anything else and gave the wrap to someone else in our group because I was just tired and ready to leave.
It will be a very, very long time before I consider going back.
To anyone that wants to go here, ask questions and then ask them again to make sure youre getting the right information.

Neighborhood place, if you like an ice cold beer or cocktail and great food you need to stop by. Don’t forget to tip the bartenders and staff who always work hard. Can’t beat a good Harry’s hotdog don’t forget to try

I absolutely love the new chicken croquettes and the mashed potato meal. The two for $25 deal should stay forever! The waitress is amazing and I really had a nice time. The only thing that was rough is that the chairs are really hard to sit on . Next time I’ll bring the cushion. But overall it was really nice. The owner even came around to check on us!

This is my second time here. Great food and great service each time. Atmosphere is cozy. I gave the service rating 4 stars because the hostess was blatantly rude to our group of 7 when we showed up for lunch. We were surprised by her behavior and it made us all feel really uncomfortable.
All said, everyone else was great and I would still recommend eating here. I’m not going to let one rotten apple ruin a good review for a great restaurant.

I take my mom to Harry’s about twice a month for their awesome cheesesteaks — they’re always fresh, tasty, and just the way we like them. Yesterday we decided to try breakfast for the first time, and who knew they serve it all day?! Everything was delicious! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. Harry’s is one of our favorite local spots — highly recommend!

Stopped in here for the first time in years on the way home from the Philly airport. Can say I was not disappointed. The bartender is super nice and attentive. They also have some really good deals on food. I got the Classic Combo for $13.50 which comes with a Harry’s hot dog (topped with Harry’s special meat sauce, mustard and chopped onions), fries, cole slaw and a soda. The hot dogs are a slam dunk. You have three options for seating (dining room, bar or patio). Just know the bar allows smoking.
