These reviews make me so sad because they are untrue! This was one of the most amazing brunches I’ve ever had. The food was out of this world and so so fresh! The Mimosas were also good! As far as food and service I was very satisfied, def give them a try!

Today was my first day at Harpers and it was simply amazing. Our server was extremely quick and very attentive. He started us off with free samples of a mango smoothie, which were fantastic. They were a tad sweet for me so I got a Lychee Mimosa which was phenomenal. I followed that with these banging Chicken and Waffles that are in the picture. They had them on skewers and covered them with gravy. It.. was probably one of the best Chicken and Waffles meals I’ve ever had. The Chicken felt like it was meant for the Waffles… and… it was just.. wow. Absolutely perfect together. The meal was quite filling. I will definitely be back to try the other fantastic things on their menu. The price was what you would expect from a casino restaurant.. But, I dont believe you can put a price on good food and a experience 🙂

Hands down the best restaurant in Oceans Casino Resort. We have stayed at Oceans numerous times and tried other restaurants there and they couldn’t touch Harper’s. From good food to excellent customer service they stay consistent.

Just went for the first time and didnt regret a minute. Our server was attentive and the food came out hot and.. amazing. I got the Chicken and Waffles and a Lychee Mimosa. They were simply amazing. Its a shame they’re only open on the weekends. I’ll definitely be back to try something else from them.

Food was okay, we were ignored by staff when we were looking to get assistance, our food was cold, and the service was just not okay. We didn’t get a sorry for the wait or your food would be out in a minute we had. We witnessed folks who ordered after us or came in after us get their food before we did. I am highly disappointed given we wanted to have a nice brunch for our Friends birthday.

Fantastic breakfast, and great service. It’s a little pricey, but it’s luxurious, modern, and it’s located inside a casino that feels like an architectural marvel. Try a bananas foster cube! (Pictured) I loved it. Their sticky bun is pretty life changing too.

Very good food, but bad service. We were sat 30 minutes after our reservation time. It took 20 minutes for somebody to come to our table, and about an hour to get our food. They were busy, but considering how expensive the food is, I expect way better service.

Presentation of food was great, but the taste was mediocre. Waffle’s taste like it was made with biscuit batter (super thick), scrambled eggs were runny, but coffee was great ($12 by the way)… For the price of this upscale breakfast, the taste so be better

Pros:server was very professional and did a great job. Aside from waiting a bit for our check, A+ serviceFood was very good, come in large portions which is great.Espresso was good (not great)Cons:As you could imagine it’s a bit expensive, which doesn’t exactly justify the quality of brunch. For the same price you can get a much better brunch in Philadelphia or NYC.My mimosa had almost no alcohol in it.Most entrees do not come with home fries/breakfast potatoes. My chicken and waffles took up my entire plate but didn’t come with a side.Overall- solid brunch. If you want a good breakfast for an amazing deal I would go to cafe 500 in the casino but if you want to treat yourself a bit this place is just fine!

Food was awful. The Bloody Mary tasted watered down as if it sat and the ice melted. The bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel also left a lot to be desired. Service was insanely slow but the server was very nice. I will skip this place next time
