Cashier was polite and friendly when we called in.
Food was NOT good!!!!!
Charged for hot sauce and not placed in bag. So quick to charge for extras but not quick to double check it was in bag.
Told them we wanted salt, pepper, mild sauce on chicken and fries and only a dab of sauce was placed on chicken. Chicken dry and tasteless. Fries dry and tasteless as well. No salt, blk pepper or mild sauce added either. The core slaw was creamy and tasteless. The honey biscuits were not as shown on website – they were miniature in size tasted like store bought biscuit dough fried with sweet sauce on top. The fish was good but pricey for only 1 piece for a small with fries with a small dab of mild sauce. No sides on menu were available accept French fries on a Friday night. This was a very big disappointment. Traveled out of our way to pickup as we are not from the area and loves Harold’s Chicken where we are from. I should have checked all my food before I left but thought I was getting what I paid for.

Foods are overpriced compared to the service and waiting time. Most of food are not taste bad, but it’s definitely not taste like the one had in Chicago. Big issue is I ordered everything for Togo, waited over 1 hour to get the food, then I checked they forgot to put cookie. So I went back for cookies, and no one want to serve me anymore. I was standing over the bar for another 10 mins, finally have someone’s attention, but one of kitchen staffs said she needs 30-40 mins to get cookie done, but she can get me biscuit instead. You know what still waiting for another 15 mins. I went to the restaurant and placed order at 4pm and got everything correctly around 6pm. It’s definitely worth to waste time there unless you have nothing else to do.
Also, when I finally can have the food, I found they gave me sweet sour sauce instead the hot sauce I was asking. Side of coleslaw is not even half of the small sauce container

I came out of town and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Our server was really nice and gave great recommendations on what we should eat. The corn bites were really sweet and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. I also love the music selection and the large number of TV’s in the restaurant. It wasn’t too loud which I really liked.

I ordered the 6 piece wings with fries and coleslaw and a dragon fruit lemonade with tequila. The wings and fries came out piping hot. This place is a LEGIT Harold’s. I grew up in Chicago and this was one of the best 6 pieces I’ve had in a very long time. The drink was and everyone there was super nice. It’s super clean inside and the music was lit. I’ll def be back

We went fully aware of the discord about this place in the local food groups. We went in open-minded and we were blown away at how great the food was. Our waitress immediately sold us on the specialty lemonades. I ordered the honey mango with Tito’s and he ordered the strawberry. I could drink the honey mango by the pitcher. She recommended the honey biscuits and they were so fresh when they came out, drenched in honey. He ordered 6 tenders and I got 8 wings. We ordered all the sauces in the side so we could try them all. For the wings, I highly recommend blending the mild and hot for great flavor with the ideal mix of flavor and heat. However, the honey mustard is slightly smoky and fantastic as well. The breading is excellent. Great flavor, not greasy, nice crunch without being too thick. Chicken was juicy and hot.
Service was phenomenal. The waitress and the owner checked in frequently. I would highly recommend to anyone. Just remember to be patient because chicken that perfect and that fresh takes a little bit of time.

Quad Citizens, look no further. If you are yearning for a taste of the old school; you need to try Harold’s Chicken Sports Bar. Being original from the south, it has been a tough journey to find any type of food that reminds me of my roots. Illinois, don’t let this gem be hidden, Best food, right amount of spice, love the lemon seasoning on the okra, and the amount was plentiful. Trust me when I say this, you will feel like home; very excellent staff and mood setting. Overall, don’t just read about it, try it for yourself. From one guy to the next that loves good food, check this place out.

Wow I gotta say, Harold’s in moline has some of the best fried chicken wings I think I’ve ever had! Definitely get em with the lemon pepper and that hot sauce!! Wow is all I gotta say, stuff is magical. All the staff were awesome and super friendly. Talked with the owner for a bit while waiting for our food and you can tell this guy is very passionate about his restaurant and the Harold’s brand. Great vibe in the restaurant and a really cool bar. The drinks were delicious and the bartender was super friendly and provided top notch service. Can’t wait to come back, and definitely will. I can’t recommend this place more! I’ve heard lots of people complain about the price, but I’m here to tell you that it’s 100% worth every penny you’ll pay. Absolutely delicious and a great addition to the quad cities restaurant scene!

So glad we went here one evening. The staff was accommodating even though we had a large group. The chicken was delicious! They recently soft open so they only had a few menu items. But there is no doubt the rest of the menu will be delicious. Excellent service.

I went to the soft opening & came again today. Food was fresh and delicious! The first time we had a server Jennifer who knew what we wanted before I could even order it (chicken w/ mild sauce, hot sauce, lemon pepper). Today we had a server with the cutest Harold’s chicken themed nails! Each time both servers were very attentive and kept us updated on when food would be out. I loved that each tv had something different including kids tv shows, game shows, boxing, and many other sports. In the evening theres nice music that really sets the tone without being too overwhelming. Yes there is a wait as all chicken is made fresh to order as any harolds I have ever been to is. Had a couple of drinks & enjoyed the vibes while waiting.
