We ordered 2 of the 10pc chicken wings, a calzone, and fries and had it delivered. Delivery was right on time and driver was respectful and delivered as requested.
That chicken was some of the best chicken Ive had in a long time! Cooked beautifully crispy with a dipping sauce that was full of flavor and amazing balance of spice!

I ordered this chicken of Harold’s chicken for the very first time. It was ordered through DoorDash for me to pick up. I like the quickness of the service of the staff that food is OK. The customer service I thought could’ve been just a little bit better what I mean by that when I came in the store, the cashier was very leery of what I ordered and act kind of funny. Once I told her I ordered all DoorDash. She just sent me down to the next window and didn’t confirm who I was until I showed the picture to the guy at the window. He quickly got my food together and because I had already paid for it, but their customer service could be just a little bit better.

The food was very tasty, but I called it in and they said 20 minutes, but I get there and ended up waiting 50+ minutes for my food. I was disappointed when I asked the lady how long it would be, and she replied, “it will be a while, do you see all these people in here.” She shouldn’t have said it would be ready in 20 minutes.

I didn’t know this location was here. I was actually in town to hear Dr. Umar speak in Gary. When I got off the highway, I saw it and knew it had to try it. The one in indianapolis is horrible but I had heard good things about Harold’s in general. I’ve never been to any of the one in Chicago but I will tell you this is some of the best fries chicken I’ve had. The seasoning is on point and the chicken is fried perfectly and delicious. Must try.
