I didn’t have the pleasure of coming here when it was previously Image, however I met Lily through visiting Little Chute Nutrition and she is the sweetest. Walking into Harmony and she is so excited to see you is a great feeling. Not only of a business but as a friend and customer! It’s just an amazing environment! I have been going to Image since they opened 8 years ago. Under that ownership, I gave this a 5 star review. Under the new ownership, I am giving it a 3 star and here is why: This isn’t the calming atmosphere it used to be, and they are not speedy when making the shakes. And I understand needing to bring children to work, as I have had to do that in the past, but my children were quiet and didn’t run all over the place. The 3 young children today, were loud, and getting in the way of customers and staff.

Image is a great place! If i could give advice, the atmosphere feels a little dark and dingy. The shakes are great and the service is great, especially when you become a regular and they remember your orders! One of my favorite places to stop in kaukauna.

I went for the first time with my friend and she paid for me! I got just a plain Mocha Cappuccino shake (#22) – nothing else added! It was $5.75 and pretty good! A nice size and the shake pretty much filled me up after three sips! I liked it. The service was quick and simple, and it wasn’t very busy. I will say that the lighting was a little awkward and I feel as if the atmosphere could be better decorated, but overall I’m happy I tried something new!

I have been coming to image under previous owner for years. Today was first day reopening and not sure I’ll be back. My mint Oreo cheesecake shake was very runny aNd not flavorful as in past. Lady in from of me ordered the apple crisp and also commented on the liquidy consistency of hers. I wish you ladies luck but I’ll be going elsewhere or making at home

I have tried all the other smoothie places in the Appleton/Menasha area and Image is by far the best one! Not only do they make the best smoothies but the staff is friendly and it’s a great place to hang out with friends or by yourself. I would give it higher than 5 stars if I could!
