Amazing vegetarian and vegan food! Gluten free as well. I enjoyed the Outlaw Scramble with eggs and quinoa and the Stumblebee smoothie with peanut butter/cocoa nibs/banana. My friend had the biscuits and gravy. All of it was fantastic and fresh and so nutritious. The servers were very friendly, and there was a cozy ambiance with lots of seating. I have been to several vegetarian restaurants across Portland, and this was one of the best!

My cosmic lemonade stole the show while we were eating outside! All the food was amazingly good and really healthy. I had about 20 other items I would have happily ordered from the menu! Harlow never disappoints! Food in the pictures: a beet Reuben, the Southwest tofu scramble.

I tried the GARDEN SCRAMBLE. ✨ You can choose between jackfruit or eggs, and of course I chose jackfruit. You also get to pick brown rice or quinoa, so I went with quinoa. I chose pesto for the sauce and it was perfect.
It was loaded with colorful veggies, so beautiful and packed with nutrients!
So delicious and nourishing. I loved it

Love the Harlow wrap that is hearty with tempeh and brown rice or quinoa, plus a side salad, chili or soup of the day. Best deal on the menu for $14. Harlow is a good place to post up and work (free WiFi) while grabbing a bite or catch up with friends since it’s usually quiet. Just didn’t love my Sea of Blue smoothie and wish I tried the Matcha one instead.

You can tell by the amazing smells that the food will be delicious but the smoothies are a bit overpriced for what they are. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch and it was moderately busy. Ordered a chickpea “tuna” sandwich and a Lucy Blue smoothie. The interior is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing with many places to sit. Waited about 20 minutes for our food to be ready and took it to-go on a picnic. The smoothie tasted just as it was labeled: blueberries and banana. For just two ingredients I was surprised to pay $8. The sandwich was served on gluten free bread but it was toasted and crunchy and I quite liked it. The flavor of the chickpea salad was great but it was super messy to eat. Good thing we grabbed napkins! We were given a paper bag for our to-go food boxes which was nice. The sandwich came with a side salad and it was very refreshing. Would love to return and try their breakfast items.

Avery was so helpful in helping us choose our menu and juice (we were weary travellers and worried about making a bad choice). They suggested the Sweet Greens juice and said if we hated it they’d make another but man it was spot on! We got the vegan Bahn Mi and honestly it was the best I’ve ever had. The food was top notch the service including Megan made our experience and everyone there went above and beyond. We shared the sandwich which came with a side salad and it held us well into the evening. Beautiful food, great vibes and stellar service can’t recommend enough! We were so hungry we forgot a before pic but managed this one. Thanks everyone for a great meal
and experience !

This is a great place for either coffee, a smoothie, breakfast or any time of the day meal or hang out. The atmosphere is very beautifully decorated and lively music playing in the background. The service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and delicious. We ordered the southwest tofu scramble and the Avocado bagel, both were very yummy. We also had the Pink Flamingo smoothie, Moondrop Mocha coffee, and the Harlow Mushroom Steamer coffee. Everything was very delicious. We will definitely come back again.

While visiting Portland, my girlfriend and I were both wanting a quick pick-me-up snack that was healthy so we decided to stop by here after walking by it. The interior is nice and seems like a great place to have a chat with a friend or get some work done.
The Sea of Blue was underwhelming. I understand it’s a health-focused place but it tasted like 3 blueberries were crushed in a cup of water. In my opinion, definitely not worth +$10.
The cashier seemed disinterested and was not really friendly.

We have never been disappointed at Harlow. They have freshly baked bread for their sandwiches, which are delicious.

The restaurant is all vegetarian and has a good variety of filling entrees, sandwiches l, soups, salads and smoothies. My wife and I tried the banh mi sandwich, utopian kale salad and chili. All were great.
