Cute place small menu but a wide variety of options. For an appetizer I had the pork pops with a soy glaze it was delicious. Then the duck gumbo odd combo of hot and cold But was very good (warning it’s spicy)

OK, this place is insane! I took my wife on the Royal Gorge train that day and our hotel staff recommended we dine here. Easily the best prime rib I’ve ever had, chef take on cheesecake was pretty cool the cocktails were super creative and amazing. The staff totally engaged. The chef was out and about talking to customers no negatives here. Congratulations good luck getting a table in a month or two.

what a divine spot! this place is incredible! from the second you walk in! you are overwhelmed with yummy smells! a clean comfortable vibe! and mountain charm! the appetizer the eggplant served with a pumpkin dipping sauce and and herb sauce! i couldn’t believe how crunchy and soft the dish was.superb then i had the birria lamb ramen!!! um you’ve got something here!! the whole experience was delightful! thanks mia! i can’t wait to see what you offer next time i roll through!!

A gem to find in this small. Molly and Macy, the mixologist were great, in fact all the staff seemed really nice, helpful & worked great as a team, great management. Of course dinner was delicious, flavorful, plus presentation on all food, compliments to the chef, all looked delicious, as I sat at the bar, watching it all go out from the kitchen that was working really well and hard. A must visit even if driving through for the night. I don’t need to wish the new resturant all the best, as there do great!

We recently did our family dinner here and it covered everyone’s taste buds from Vegan options for our son to Mediterranean for our daughter we all enjoyed our custom mixed drinks and the craftsmanship with their drink production really shows with the even blend of the drinks, you get spice, sweet, tart savory with every sip and bite!! We ll be back!!!

The Harding had some creative food choices from a chef that really knows how to build flavors. We started with the pickle flight, 3 handmade pickle varieties prepared in house. We also had the ramen eggs and the Creme Brielle.
For my main meal I enjoyed the “Tony” sandwich named after the late Anthony Bourdain. It was grilled mortadella on a brioche bun and smothered in smoked Gouda sauce.
We came in at about 2:00 PM on a Friday and still had great friendly service. It would be fun to visit again and try some of the other great options.

Came to Harding on Main for Valentine’s day with my wife. The service from Chelsea was amazing, she was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean, well lit and the food was 10/10. Will definitely come back here soon!

My husband’s and I’s favorite restaurant in Colorado is called the Laundry in Steamboat Springs. This restaurant is such a close tie with our favorite. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was intriguing and the service was very sweet. The offer infused drinks which I have always loved as much as food. I ordered the Braised Lamb which most places serve very dry lamb and this was cooked perfectly! I loved the art on the wall and the friendly environment. This is definitely a date night for any couple in town. We definitely will be returning and this restaurant should expect us regularly. There are too many things we want to try on their menu. Highly recommended!

Thought myself lucky to have had lunch here while driving through – this is a great spot with friendly service and unique dishes on the menu. Pork pops are a must order and the highly recommended chicken sandwich is pretty darn good. Wide beer selection including drafts and bottles.
