Five-Star Experience at Hardee’s – 2720 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith, AR
My husband and I stopped into this Hardee’s, and to the best of our knowledge, it was our very first time eating at a Hardee’s anywhere. We are so glad we came in.
The manager on duty, Katie, and the team members Shaylin (who took our order) and Curtis (working in the back) were absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I actually tried to place my order in a way that would have cost me more money, and they immediately told me about the special—the “original bag “deal—where you choose two sandwiches and get fries and a drink. I really appreciated their honesty and how they looked out for us instead of just ringing up the higher price.
I ordered the Hot Ham & Cheese, and it was delicious. My husband ordered a burger along with the ham and cheese, and he loved his meal too. The fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly crunchy.
The whole team created such a positive experience, especially for first-time customers. It’s rare these days to get service this warm, honest, and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

The employees are so sweet and always get our food in a timely manner. I love the pork chop and gravy biscuit. To save them and myself time I now call my order in and by the time I pull around it’s ready. (This works great to keep the line moving and the kitchen from getting backed up). Don’t sleep on the meal deals Hardee’s have and extended breakfast hours.

Sometimes you just need a big nasty burger. I got one here at the drive thru and the service was excellent. My original order was not correct but someone new was training. The person who was doing the training simultaneously corrected my order and got the new person up to speed on what went wrong, all seamlessly and in a positive manner. In the minute that I was in the drive thru I felt like someone cared if my order was right. It was. Im still getting stains out of the carpet. Well done Hardee’s.

We came in for lunch and were very disappointed. Ordered the apple pies and then seen the lady just grabbing the pies with her bare hands. It was brought to their attention and still proceeded to touch food without gloves. Nothing to try and correct the issue. This place is dirty and will not come back on again.
