We went through the drive thru. I got a steak biscuit as I do when I’m in town. The steak had a wild taste. I did not like it. This has always been my favorite to order but the steak did not have a good taste this time.

Absolutely the best fast food burger I have EVER had EVER!!! It was soooooo thick and juicy. I’m picky about my fries, but these ones were PERFECT!!! Both regular and curly. I always thought Wendy’s had the best burgers and Arby’s had the best fries, but this was next level. Absolute competition destroyer. There isn’t a Hardee’s in my area, so this was my first time.
When I ordered, I had forgotten to request it plain. I got the attention of the cashier who responded quickly and made sure my partner and I got the burgers we wanted, despite my mistake. Taco Bell could NEVER!!! He was also just a friendly face. Amazing customer service. Thank you Mersadyze W for your amazing assistance and all the cooks making our food! Amazing team of people.
I don’t even think I can say there was a “wait time” because we got our food as soon as we finished filling our drinks!!!
Corporate, this is THE RESTAURANT!!! They deserve RAISES and MORE PTO!!!

Dirty as a dumpster fire, no one in the building. Frizz hair fry girl , with bad color job acts like it’s so hard to keep the fries hot . How does this place stay open.

Unacceptable to serve food that’s burnt. My husband and I ordered the Big Hardee meals. Both our burgers were burnt and dry yet there was so much mac sauce on the sandwiches the sandwiches couldn’t stay together. Also this is Hardees version of the Big Mac and it’s not even comparable the Hardees sauce had absolutely not one bit of flavor it was just messy and tasteless. We ordered regular fries and both received curly fries and my husband’s soda had no carbonation. Total disappointment $28.00 later I wish we would’ve went to McDonald’s.

Just came through the driver through around 8 pm. I ordered 3 10 pieces of the Nashville hot. These had the Nashville seasoning on it but the chicken was completely plain and very tough. I have to be honest, these were the worst chicken tenders ive had in my life… what even happened. 42 dollars gone just like that

Manager on duty as of August 19, 2025 at 10:45 am needs to be fired. Treats her employees like a dog/baby barking orders to them like her employees are from elementary school. Was going to eat here but not after having to witness a manager who doesn’t even deserve the position she is in. Would not recommend this location. Go on down the road and find somewhere else.

Good fast food joint. Their breakfast options are excellent and they don’t try to hide the fact that most of their food, while good, is rather unhealthy. Good burgers and fries too.

The restaurant was very clean, staff was friendly, food came fast, order was accurate. Big shout out to Alan, Chan, and the cutie with the glasses and tattoos, all very sweet and pleasant! I will absolutely be returning and recommending Hardee’s to my friends, family, and coworkers
