We left Hardee’s and I order Chicken biscuit. WOW.. It was nasty. The chicken looks like it’s been sitting waiting to be used. Dry and hard. I’ll never order from Hardee’s again anywhere thanks to this location.

If you are in a hurry and/ or on a budget this is a great spot. Good juicy burgers, $5 boxes can feed two adults. Recently built so very clean and modern inside. Is joined to a convenience store and gas station so really a combo stop.

This restaurant needs new management bad they’re too laid-back and nasty. Because one day I ordered a Frisco sandwich with ham, cheese, and eggs on it and I saw mildew on my bread. I took it back to the store and management said that it was the toaster. Now I know the difference between black and green. Oh yeah! Whatever you do not order their nasty a** biscuit and gravy. The gravy tastes like straight-up flour and water mixed together with no salt or pepper. The worst biscuit and gravy I’ve ever had.

First we were given a Dr. Pepper instead of Coke, and that was quickly rectified , but then our food wasn’t ready and we were asked to pull up, which we did . We waited and waited and waited some more , until my husband went in. We would’ve been waiting all day, as they skipped over our order and hadn’t even started making my food yet. Keep in mind I had just been released from the hospital after having surgery , so I couldn’t go in. You all would have gotten an earful from me. Everytime, I’ve given Hardee’s another try something happens that shouldn’t and it could be another decade before I try them again!!

The service is horrible, I went in on Tuesday June 6,2017 at 9:30 a female employee was at the drink machine and never said a word, I stood at the counter for like 5 minutes and left the people that work there need to be re-trained in customer service skills, very ghetto attitude. I don’t think they will stay in business too long at this location, this is what happen when Burger King was in that location, bad customer service.

Just went to get this in Sherwood ar and I wasn’t even assisted with making and order! Stood there 5 mins the white dude with the beard facial hair looked at me every time he walked to the front! If you short handed then do like everyone else and say I’ll be with you in a min. He was more concerned with working drive thru. Don’t worry bout me spending my money here. And will post this on every where else I can so people can know this company has BAD customer service!
