The staff at this Hardee’s is absolutely amazing! Marcus, Marco, and Jordan all went above and beyond, but Marcus especially stands out as an incredible leader. I actually remembered him from my last visit and hoped he’d be there again—thankfully, he was. His kindness and personable approach make the whole experience so much better. The food was wonderful, with fries that were perfectly fresh. This location used to be pretty terrible at one point, but they’ve really turned things around. Great job to the whole team!

I do like Hardee’s. This particular experience is was closer to an average fast food experience, but still slightly better. The burgers are juicy and the fries were hot. I was a little annoyed that the ketchup was only available in those little foil packets. All that said, it is getting expensive for a combo meal at a fast food restaurant.

The only reason this location get such high regard is Marcus. This man is an utter joy to order with! His Customer Service is outstanding I’ve been in management over 20yrs and most of food industry. I would steal him in a heartbeat. Food is always fresh and delicious. On the other hand when he isn’t here the food is terrible and everyone has a cruddy attitude.

I only ordered a Frisco burger today. A quick grab & go for lunch. It was sooooo good! Quarter Pound 100% Angus beef patty, topped with crispy bacon, melted Swiss cheese, tomatoes, & mayonnaise, served on toasted sourdough bread. Way too much mayonnaise but everything else was on point.

8/2/2025 Came in and placed a order for breakfast and tried to use a reward from the app the cashier was having trouble with the code and had a female manager come up who then proceeded to get hateful with me and raised her voice at me and the cashier I told her to forget the coupon by this time I was so angry I did not check our order once they bagged it up and we were shorted a breakfast sandwich I tried calling several times they would just pick up the phone and hang up. This manager should not be dealing with the public the way she speaks to customers and staff. Makes me laugh that people like this expect over $15 per hour for this behavior.
