I have been there a few times. Each time,beside this last time, I got burgers. They had no taste and were not cooked right. This last time I got a chicken sandwich it was so burnt and not edible. My dogs liked it,though. Highly disappointed with the food. Onion rings were also undercooked ad seemed to be a.whole onion fried together and then seperated a bit…as the rings were all fried together and were given to me as a solid piece and also undercooked. I won’t be back to this location

Just bad. Got 2 orders of the “2 for $5” roast beef sandwiches on 2 separate orders, somehow that was hard enough for them not to mention the poor quality and super small portions, more like a “2 for $2” deal. Was already down the road when we noticed or would of went back. It’s no mystery why this chain is on the decline.

I have been to this location several to es and each time had been a disappointment. Today I ordered the $2.99 cheese burger and got home and had a ham sandwich. This is the worst Hardee’s I ha e ever been to. I keep trying to give them the benefit if the doubt and each time I am disappointed. They need a new manager and better trained staff. This is totally inept and uncalled for.

Stopped in to get a couple sliders. Customer service was good that is why they are getting 2 stars. However, they were out of napkins. In the whole store. Seriously, out of napkins. Went to sit down to wait on my order. Several booths had dirty tables and seats. It wasn’t busy in here so no reason the workers couldn’t go out and clean the dining room area. Kind of disgusting looking. And lastly, when my sliders were delivered, the lady said they were out of the boxes that the sliders came in. So they ( 2 of them) were wrapped in a normal thick burger wrapper. Unwrapped them, the tops of the buns were covered in grease. Now I need those napkins to sop the grease off of the buns. But, no napkins remember?!?!
The General Manager and ownership should be embarrassed by this store. I love Hardee’s food, but this visit was ridiculous.

Gave 1 star . It was the only way to review. This place used to be great. Now….over it. Needs to close it’s doors. Today was the last straw. Several people sat and waited almost half hour AFTER paying. Couldn’t get what I ordered. Out of bisquits during breakfast? Really?! Then food was cold and undercooked. As long as I waited (I shouldn’t have waited that long) should have been hot and fresh. Close your doors.

I had a good experience here. I went through the drive thru and ordered one of their 5 dollar boxes. It did take a little while to get and this was on a sunday around 130 with only one person in front of me, but when I got my food it was fresh. I do wish the speed of service was faster but the quality was still high and I will go back there to eat next time I want a good burger and fries.

Ordered 3 sandwiches and all three were made incorrectly. One sandwich was ordered just the way it comes. The other 2 sandwiches were ordered the way they come with a few extra things on them. I was the only customer there and they couldn’t get it right? They fixed it, but once home with the order, the burgers were covered in salt. Like here is a bucket of salt to go with your burgers since we had to remake them. Yuck.

Drove through was slow. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and got a biscuit with no bacon. Went in to get new biscuit and they were more concerned on waiting on the drive through. Waited 20 minutes before anyone would wait on the people inside. Then I had to repeat five times when I had ordered before I could get my money back. Will not be going back!
