This morning I was greeted with exceptional customer service by Keisha and La La.
Keisha was on the headset at the Drive Thru and set the tone for my morning and great day. La La was very pleasant as she gave me my items and the food was very hot and very fresh. I have had bad experiences with Hardee’s over the past year with my food and customer service both being cold ❄️
This has restored my faith in this franchise and I will be coming to this particular Hardee’s from now on.

I go to Hardee’s for breakfast nearly every morning but one day I decided to go later in the evening. I didn’t know what to get because I rarely go after breakfast, and the young man, who I found out later name is Jaylen. When I say he was VERY KIND and PATIENT with helping me decide what to get. I wanted to thank him but he was busy with another customer but I had to let his manager know. I can’t leave out the young lady at the drive-thru window, whom I found out that her name is Bree, was VERY KIND as well.

The location is older and I admit that it’s been more than a year since I’ve been here. I’m just not really into their burgers but I see that they have a new Nashville hot sandwich and I’m intrigued. I used to get this sandwich at KFC some time ago and they got rid of it so here I am. Everything is pretty clean and the lone employee that I can see is very friendly. He was cleaning when I got here and he did stop to wash his hands before he talked to me.

I was excited to have a cinnamon raisin biscuit again. Well my excitement vanished when I was served this biscuit with no icing on it. None of the food was hot. The new candied bacon sandwich was horrible with very hard bacon.

09/27/25 Bought the new 9 dollar Angus Frisco BLT burger. It was burnt to a crisp with no cheese on it. There’s no way it was angus beef. Pobably the worst burger I’ve attempted to eat in my life. Lady in the drive thru didn’t greet me. It’s an awful establishment with poor quality. If I’m going to pay restaurant prices, I should get better quality. Go somewhere else, this place will be out of business soon!

Don’t make a pick up order they just give it to someone else before you show up. Then make you feel like it’s your fault they screwed up. They make no effort to resolve the situation just blank flouride stare at you. Horrid experience. Avoid at all costs. Food was awful too.

Now the only reason I did not give this store 1 star is because I understand that like everyone else in the world everywhere they may be out of some items. However I find it hard to believe that included literally 3/4 of the ingredients that made up my order. I guess they must be out of mayo because that’s no where to be found and I had to have gotten their very last piece of bacon or surely there would be 3 more pieces on my sandwich somewhere but who knows? If they are aware they sure didn’t divulge that information to me. However I am certain that they are completely out of curly fries and shakes are also a no go so dont set your sights on any of those either.

Isaac was so polite and helpful with our order. We asked for any breakfast specials and he listed them off for us and they sounded so good we got one. He then suggested we try the new maple biscuits. And we did!
