I came in for the first time and a young lady named Natalie helped me at the register. She was very helpful and patient. She helped me decide on what food I should order for my family of 6. And the food she recommended was so good! I have a picky 2 year old boy and he loved the chicken tenders and fries! We will be coming back especially after soccer games! Thank you Natalie!

They acted as if they were busy, there were 0 people in the lobby, the two employees in the business were overwhelmed but I’m not sure why. We were told that we would have to wait 7 minutes for the 2 apple pies. We waited outside and as soon as we got our order I checked it out and we were missing our apple pies. I walked into the business, stood at least 10 minutes then said excuse me, we were supposed to get 2 apple pies!! The manager said that they put them in the order before ours!!!!!!!!!!! We were initially told that we were waiting on fries, now we are waiting on apple pies because the employee gave ours to the customer before us. The employee informed me that they had given our pies to the order before ours and we would have to wait another 7 minutes. I said fine!!! The employee apologized and handed me 2 apple pies in a sleeve. No bag nor container. They were extremely hot. When we started to eat the apple pies, they tasted like burnt oil. The manager shouted “what is burning” when I was waiting for my pies. The pies tasted like old dirty burnt oil. Go somewhere else!
