Visited this location while on a road trip and it was good. The guy who took our order was awesome. Food came out super quick! It was ready by the time we were done filling our drink & getting ketchup. No complaints about the bathroom. The food was good, same as other locations I’ve been to.

My husband and I have been going to Hardee’s (pierre) for more than a decade and have always enjoyed the food and staff, especially the young lady Ash who has been working weekends for as long as we’ve been coming here. It is always a pleasure to see her, she works hard and we all greatly appreciate her dedication to this store. I know she was gone for a while and the store seemed to go down hill and we stopped going to Hardee’s. Around a year later we learned she had come back, so we decided to try it out again and we’re glad we did. She didn’t forget us and just picked things up like she was never gone. We regularly visit this store every weekend and she knows so many of the customers by name and by what they order. She always make sure we get fresh, hot food and coffee. She is so friendly and so are the other staff. The store looks cleaner and livlier. Its so nice to see many of the other regulars come back on the weekends and its because of that young lady’s hardwork.
Many of us wanted to get together to write the company about what an outstanding individual they have and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Orders take forever to receive and the burger was not very warm and still had the cheese paper on the burger! More fiber I guess? But was not acceptable, luckily I saw it in there before I took a bite. I gave them another chance after that and it took them forever waiting in the drive thur to get our order another day.. was ridiculous. They really need more help or better workers or something, grew up in Pierre and they were never this bad before and after coming back to visit and had high hopes, was very disappointed.

Very dissatisfied with the “service” we received. If you’re in customer service, then it is obvious that being rude or curt is not what invites repeat business. The guy at the window clearly felt that his time was being wasted by the tone of his voice. Once we pulled up to the window, he could be heard yelling at another employee. No name badge. None on the receipt either. We were charged for adding bacon & did not get it on the burger. Never been to a Hardee’s before & don’t plan on returning.

This location is in serious need of a remodel. I no longer go inside the building because it quite frankly is gross. I will occasionally use the drive through and the food has been good and service not bad. Pierre has limited fast food options so if the building were remodeled/updated the business would increase in traffic. What a shame.

My fast food drive thru experience became a 15 minute sit down wait to get my food experience. Let’s not even discuss the price. I could have went to a good restaurant in the same amount of time. Fast food 2 minutes or less.

So, I was hungry and had never experienced our local Hardee’s. I decided to grab a quick burger as I passed by and I have to say that the customer service is spot on. I only wish I had a name for the gentleman who was working drive thru as he exceeded in helping me choose my burger. He was very polite and communicated very well with me. My order was exactly what was expected and I just wanted to say thank you and wonderful work for the staff there tonight. Keep up the awesome work!!!
