This place needs renovation but first a better training program to teach their employees that when customers are present they are to be treated/spoken too kind and professionally. Cut down the chitter about non work stuff. Someone from the kitchen shushed the front employee. Won’t return. That location started declining prior to covid, not sure how the franchisee keeps it open. Good luck though hope you can make it better.

The shift lead literally just served me an entire 20 dollar meal that was cold when I went to eat inside. Idk who runs this bemidji establishment but holy you guys need to do some work. Absolutely trash now and this isn’t the first time this happened. Burger was so damn cold it didn’t even melt my cheese. To be able to serve a burger in 30 seconds goes to show how much the owner puts into his establishment.

Got food to go. I was surprised at how great the customer service was. The lady that was clucking at the chicken sandwiches was awesome. Everyone had a positive attitude, something missing so often from restaurants lately. I will be stopping by again next time I’m in Bemidji.

Fast, friendly service. They bring your order to your table. A variety of beverages to choose from, also sauces. Has always been clean. Big parking lot, room for oversized vehicles. Handicapped accessible parking and bathrooms. Finally, big burgers!

Ordered the 5pc spicy tender meal which came out to be 6 tiny-seasoned boneless pieces of chicken that were dry. Looked nothing like the menu picture. The prices are too high at Hardees for low quality food and service.

Hardee’s big chicken fillet sandwich was excellent. It is made with fresh delicious tomatoes and lettuce, and a hint of honey. The onion rings at Hardee’s are the best fast-food onion rings in town. Last week I had the fish sandwich. It was not excellent but it was good. They should add cornmeal and chill power to the breading and fry in hotter oil. If you ask for ketchup tell them how much you want. If you don’t they will give you enough ketchup to paint the barn red. While it is good to have a red barn, I shop for paint at Sears. They have better paint.
