This location was great! Staff were super nice and very patient. Overall, the inside was kept quite clean and it wasn’t loud. They had a pretty decent radio station playing as well, with a variety of music. Our order was spot on and it tasted great. We opted for dine in. It was our first time at a Hardee’s and it was worth it!

Ok so this is a whole thing. Went in ordered our food at about 7:10 pm. Got our food and went to the house. Missing two orders of fries. OK not a big deal I drive back. See the sign as I walk in the door saying open till 10pm. It’s now 7:30pm. Everything’s off one kid out front mopping up and says “were closed” well that sucks. Probably also why the food we did receive turned out to taste like it had been sitting out. Kid that was mopping seemed like he was going to drop new fries but im not gonna do that. For whatever reason yall closed early hey thats on yall but damn man.

Ordered online and was estimated to be ready at 6:27 and I got my food at 6:33. The person who was on the microphone taking orders was rude (Michael possibly) and the speaker was so quiet I couldn’t even hear him and after that I was told that my food wasn’t ready and was given the worst attitude from this employee. Really should let this guy go he was working the drive through window 1/6/2025

In 20 minutes they only had 3 cars thru the drive up 2 car had to park and wait. They had at.least 3 workers which we could see having a good while we seen food waiting to be bagged… it turned out to be ours. Anyway 11 minutes from the time on the reciept we got a monster burger and a chicken filet both COLD. The car that was ahead of us was still waiting when we left and they were waiting 4 or 5 minutes longer than us.

You get parked each time you go, but that’s not a real big issue. Unless, they say they are waiting on fry’s and then serve you raw burgers. The single looks like it was seared on each side and then put in. Parked for a good 5 minutes and served raw meat. How could the cook serve that? Do they not care? I am disappointed and worried I may get sick.

1. They gave my order to the car in front of me, so I had to wait for “fresh chicken”
2. i waited for a good 10/15mins to what it seems, and not only is my chicken the most soggiest chicken iv ever seen, it’s not even crispy , and oh yes…. Let us not forget the curly fries I never got.
If I could rate you guys a 0/5 I would do so in a heart beat. This is why I don’t come to your location, and probably never will again. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Ordered 2 Frisco burgers. Waited forever to get them, thought they would probably be fresh them so no big deal. I gagged on the first bite and had to spit it out. Tried eating more, but couldn’t. My wife tried to eat hers and couldnt either. Was a waste of time and money. Would have been better chewing on a dried up frog that was been in the sun for 30 days.

Went in there 2 different times 2 different managers / shift lead not wearing gloves then manage to catch attitude when I ask for them to glove up another time I went in there in the shift lead / manager was cursing out another employee ready to fight. the gm manager Bryan didn’t do anything about it besides just said he was working all day that day and the person who was supposed to cover him was late I’ll be pissed to was his exact words. this location is a joke will not recommend to anybody who likes fresh good quality service this restaurant 0/10 I can see it going downhill slowly but surly overtime
