I paid for extra cream cheese on my bagel and received the smallest amount… Waste of money.. $4 for nothing.. and this time they didn’t forget the expresso, but on more than four different occasions did they forget to add espresso to my drink ordered.

Has consistent problems with the speaker system along with not putting in the correct orders and having to fix the orders with staff. have had multiple problems reminding them that my order was not fully filled before they push me out of the drive thru. Overall general bad attitude from not only the staff but also management. Incorrect orders happen and I understand but the way you respond to the correction says a lot about the management.
These have been multiple experiences I have had over the past year
Will be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately. This is not a good way to start morning and Cincinnati shouldn’t run on Dunkin.

I ordered a 25ct munchkin and got 10… I called over and over just got a recording. Things cost a lot already so I rather get what I paid for. I was already at work so couldn’t go back. Horrible!

I honestly cannot stand the smell that just seems to linger in the air in this Dunkins. It smells like a lot of Incense and oil. Made my stomach turn.
I only go to this Dunkins on Christmas due to It being the only one open and every year they mess up a very simple order..large Ice coffee with cream and sugar and I put the topping on. Large caramel frozen and a shot of espresso on the side. They mess up every time and then get mad at me and start acting like my money is just waste able.
The parking lot is hard to get in and out off. I will go one day out of the year and I’m going to go inside so they can understand my order.

Stopped for coffee and donuts. The coffee was very strong in the latte, a bit too strong for my taste. Donuts were good as they should be. Strange thing was a guy with a heavy accent getting in everybodies way, stop micro-managing already and let people do their job. I stood there waiting to place an order (only person in line, waiting for several minutes, was about to walk out) while he kept walking around and telling people everything but serve the customer, dude go home or at least let people take care of your customers since you seem to think it’s ok to bark out commands and ignore customers.

I came today for donuts. I arrived at 5:40 it says you guys don’t close until 6pm. Your open sign are on. It’s two girls that are working and failed to come onto the intercom and disclose that you guys were closed or closing earlier. I had to drive and sit at the window just to be even notified. When that could’ve been stated in earlier on. It’s Christmas Eve and that’s what my kids really wanted. Very disappointed and will never return again to this ghetto establishment.
