Every time I go to Hardee’s, the food is served fresh hot and delicious. Not only that the cashiers bring excellent customer service every time they deserve 100,000 stars, but I only can give five. I am writing this to warn the St. Paul community about a dangerous and deeply disturbing experience at this location on Jan 15, 2026. What began as a simple order dispute escalated into a physical and verbal assault by staff.
During the interaction, an employee threw their professional headset at me, striking my leg. As I was leaving, the same employee directed a racial slur (the “N-word”) at me. Most shocking was the behavior of the General Manager, Crystal. Not only did she fail to discipline the employee or de-escalate the situation, but she was also behind the counter in the food prep area holding a toddler during the entire altercation—a massive health and safety violation.
When I waited in the parking lot for the St. Paul Police to arrive to file a report, the manager attempted to have me trespassed in an act of clear retaliation.
Corporate (CKE Restaurants) has been notified and the MN Department of Human Rights will be formally notified. This location is poorly managed, unsafe, and allows blatant discrimination. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere until Hardee’s addresses the conduct of this staff and management.

Best biscuits, sausage and gravy, beside Big Mama’s ( our great grandma).
Everyone was a team player. It was so busy when I went in the morning. Everything look clean and I would’ve have eaten in, I was on a break…..I felt like I was in the south…. Thanks everyone for making this Amazing breakfast .

During my recent visit to Target, I decided to treat myself to a peach shake, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The flavor was delightful and refreshing. Customer service was decent, though I did have to wait a minute before placing my order. The atmosphere inside was pleasantly quiet, which added to the overall experience. I would certainly recommend stopping by for a shake if you’re in the area. Not much else to say because didn’t order any food.

All 3 times they barely put any m&s sauce on it, maybe a teaspoon.
I let the elderly woman at the window know and see became very sassy.
I haven’t eaten there in a year now.
I eat at Hardees and Carl Jrs all over the country, BUT NOT THIS ONE!
I highly recommend the one in Forest Lake Mn.
You can actually taste the sauce there.

We really enjoy Hardees food, I wish this store was easier to get to from 94.
During my most recent visit I needed a pen, the one I had was dried out so I asked a lady behind the counter. It took some searching, but I was loaned a pen. While waiting for said pen, a female employee dressed in a Hardees uniform was near me and ordering food. She made a comment about “this white woman here”. Being the only one in the store, I stiffened. Because I was in need of a pen? Really?
Guess I’ll be using the drive thru from now on.
I was gonna let this go, but 3 days later, it’s changed how I feel about the place.

Their fries are better than other fast food joints. Flame broiled burgers are tasty and can be made to order. But by far, the best breakfasts. Their buttermilk biscuits are to die for. Biscuits and gravy & cinnamon raisin biscuits are worth the drive.

We spontaneously stopped for breakfast. We ordered the biscuits and gravy and a chicken and biscuit. The chicken was hot juicy and the biscuit was fluffy and buttery. I was surprised how delicious it all was!!
