Stopped to get gas at Love’s gas station and they happened to have a Hardee’s. So we got some Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits and a Bacon egg & cheese biscuit. The biscuit for that sandwich was the Best Biscuit ever! Really made the sandwich GREAT!

If I could give it zero stars, that would be too many. The place looks great, but it was the worst food I think I’ve ever had. We waited over 20 minutes from the time we ordered. The coffee was cold, and I took it back to the counter and was told to go over to the attached gas station to get hot coffee. My Frisco sandwich was cold, and my wife’s chicken biscuit was overcooked and dry. They even gave her French fries instead of hashrounds. She didn’t order it that way.

Very disappointing experience.
The initial order taker was nice and served our food quickly. However, the order of chicken fingers came cold, burnt and greasy. I brought to the attention of the manager, and I was offered a replacement order. I waited 10+ minutes for them to bring out to me, and I was forgotten. I had to wait another 5+ minutes for help to get my replacement order.
When I got the 2nd batch of chicken, again, it was cold as it was forgotten in the basket above the fryer and was again greasy. This time I asked for a manager to let them know mainly for quality control and improvement opportunities.
I was offered a free meal for my troubles. While I was appreciative of this resolution, I would have preferred quality food from the start. I will use the free meal and update this review in the near future.

Went here for breakfast and ordered through the drive thru. We ordered a double biscuits and gravy, 2 Frisco breakfast sandwiches one with ham and the other with sausage, a spicy chicken biscuit and a large hash brown. We were told it would take 6 min for the chicken biscuit… We pulled ahead and waited 20 minutes until we went inside to see what the hold up was. The inside was empty and there was 2 women working inside. I asked what’s the delay? You told me 6 min. And she said well We are busy with drive thru orders and we said we are the only ones in the drive thru. Then she got frustrated and was rude and rude to a customer that came in behind me. Then she finally hands me my food and I said where is the chicken biscuit and apparently they gave it to the customer ahead of me. Then the worker basically had a meltdown and then just refunded my order and gave us some free oj. When we got home we noticed there was a medium hash brown not a large, the sausage Frisco was a bacon Frisco and the sandwiches were soggy. Needless to say we will not be returning here again.

If you’re in there and see a cook that’s a bigger dude and tall, turn around and walk out. The service there was bad and his cooking and preparation wasn’t worth half of minimum wage. Completely wrong burger I asked for NO mayo a couple of times and of course I get a COLD burger with mayo ALL over the thing. Someone pray for that guy cause I won’t. Same thing with my co worker. Cold burger. We ordered at separate times because I had to go to the bathroom. I can’t believe they would hire someone so sloppy and lazy and I never thought I’d something off University in St Paul would be way better than anything. Well now I’ve said it! Place is garbage and I’ll never go back

This place is a joke. It was 1025-1030 and they were switching to lunch said they didn’t have anything ready and no longer doing breakfast. Might as well just close it down and add a bigger part to love’s.
I’ve had lunch here it was awful chicken was frozen, the sourdough bun wasn’t toasted burger was disgusting I’ve never had Hardee’s that was this bad before.
Ended up going back the next day as the wife really likes biscuits and gravy… And I don’t enjoy making it. Ordered the kid a loaded burrito…. For $7+ dollars see photo below. It looks to be similar as a dollar option burrito.

This location is in a very tidy Love’s, and one of very few and far between round here. Seems to get a lot of traffic yet the service was speedy. Order accurate, very tasty albeit nothing truly exceptional (Number 1 combo). Fries were fresh! (These days that’s almost asking too much lol). Extraordinary customer service. Staff are very kind. I’m glad I stopped by.

Got all you beat! Frisco Burger NOT toasted and so cold cheese doesn’t even begin to melt. Worst $7.50 I ever spent after 16 minutes waiting and watching the bag sit next to the window for 8 minutes.
