Went through the drive thru for breakfast…. The old lady working was extremely rude and curt. When we asked for the receipt after paying cash she said it would be on the bag and we had to wait 15mins at 9am for fresh biscuits… You’d think they’d know to make enough. We were also overcharged 3 dollars because she added things we didn’t ask for to the order but by the time we finally got our food and the receipt there was a line 4 miles long so I guess she just got away with it all. But honestly, to work in customer service you’d think your demeaner should be at least remotely pleasant. Also when someone pays at a drive thru and wants their receipt, GIVE IT TO THEM. Definitely lost a customer. Absolutely ridiculous!

Had a great atmosphere and great food. I had a cheeseburger and my wife had a breaded chicken sandwich. We were surprised by the size of them. They both filled the buns. This is a place we will definitely stop at again.

They were busy however they still managed to give me exceptional service and delicious food hot brought it right out to my table as I got my drink and sat down the restaurant was very clean staff on point I’m not used to this with fast food so I was happy to eat there

Absolutely a disgrace. We were the only ones there and our food came out incorrect, under cooked and sub par would be considered a compliment. All the soda ordered tasted dirty, usually indicating the Co2 is low or out and our cups filled only 2/3 full. Our fries were either half filled or hap hazardly thrown into the bag. For how long it took and considering we were the only customers at the time, these kind of “mistakes” we’re not accidental. The boy who first answered the drive thru was extremely rude and harsh with us from the beginning to the point the female worker took over taking our order. One of the meals ordered had slider sized burger patties instead of the regular size, once again carelessly incorrect. Just a waste of time and money.

I always really liked Hardee’s. Prices have gotten horrible and now it’s not worth it. You pay out the wazoo to get a half empty container of “large” fries and a burger that’s not worth the cost.

I understand the service industry is hurting right now but what happened with our order was no excuse. Ordered a Big Hot Ham Meal, Big Roast Beef Meal, and a Kids Cheeseburger meal. It was a very long wait to begin with. When I got home I went to give my son the milk that came with his meal. It was already open and half gone. These milks have a seal on them and there was no seal. Our fries were half filled up. The milk really made me mad. I called and spoke to Dakotah the manager and I told him about the milk. He said that’s happened because they use that milk for their shake machine because they don’t have the ingredients for the shake machine. This is a 7oz milk. How much can that really help fill a shake machine? I asked why they don’t mark the open milks and keep them separate from the unopened of that was the case. He sighed and said I don’t know. You’re the manager get your stuff together. I don’t but the reason for the milk being open as what he stated. I truly think someone drank it and then they gave us the half used milk. He offered a coupon for my issues. I said a coupon? I want money back. I will never be back except to get my money back.

this place sucks. took a half hour to get food out and it tasted bad too. also way too expensive for the quality. ranch dressing tasted like some factory manager was trigger happy on the sugar. we traveled here from out of town and now i see why our hardee’s was demolished.

I just waited 30 minutes in line. Never in my life have I seen this but multiple cars behind me ordered food and then left the line before they paid or got their food. After receiving my food, they forgot to add half the ingredients to the Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich. I guess they didn’t know it was also supposed to come with 2 strips of bacon, lettuce and Swiss cheese. Secondly the Big Ham and Cheese I ordered was too small, by a lot. It should have been 238g and instead was 149g. I will never return. Fries are good though, despite being cold on account of the 30 minutes wait.
