I really enjoyed my experience here. The restaurant seems modern and up-to-date. Very clean from what I could see. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss double combo with medium curly fries, and everything was made hot and fresh! ‘Staff seemed very friendly and happy to be there. Angela, the cashier who took my order, was very knowledgeable about the menu as she gave me some recommendations and made my experience the best.

I like to eat breakfast at different Hardees and sometimes the quality and service can be bad. The food here was excellent. It was fresh and the taste was perfect. The customer service was great too. I let them know that they did a great job.

Kari is always very friendly and polite. I usually do a mobile order and when i walk in the door and she greets me by name and has my soda cup ready for me. And when i order at the counter I always get great customer service from Kari…all the employees are very nice!! Great job guys!!

I walked into the Northside LaCrosse Hardees, stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from staff. It was around 9:30am. Yes they were working but looked my way several times with no acknowledgement. A simple I’ll be with you shortly would have been sufficient. Then I saw a sign to provide a review, I pulled out my phone to snap the qr code, miraculous they saw that and then said I’ll be right with you. So were they afraid of my bad review? Likely not, they just work there. Ordered my food a short bit later as a to go order. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. Fast food, not anymore…I get quicker service at LaCrosse Family restaurant and the price is cheaper, food size more. I understand why they have such short daily hours.

The woman working drive thru was rude and the food was absolute garbage. The “chicken tenders” that were over $6 were the size of McDonald’s nuggets and that’s not an exaggeration. The mushroom Swiss burger had exactly 3 tiny mushroom slices on it and the fries were mushy and disgusting and only half full. What a giant waste of $30.

I went there a few weeks ago and had a great experience. We had Frisco burgers and they were legit on point. We won a couple days ago, and it was a very different experiments. Unhappy face, the fries were ridiculously salty usually we ask for no salt fries so I guess that’s my bad, fries were fresh so they would’ve been good! The burgers (lil double)were alright but nothing special. It’s a budget meal at $7. Also what’s up with the diet Dr pepper. Last Saturday the day of this past order the pop didn’t really taste right.

The food was ok but it wasn’t great. It was also more expensive the other fast food options. A large meal was $16-$18. The inside was also quite dirty.
