Was met by a very angry upset cashier. Rude!! Filled our sodas and left them to dilute while the meal was prepped ( which took forever )and it was not delivered to our table. Was working drive thru and she was snappy with them. Never offered a receipt. Bottom line food was good but service stinks!!! Other co-workers arrived and she was rude to them. What i assume was a manager took her aside to talk to her that the customers pay her paycheck. She exclaimed I don’t care. She was told to take a break.

Honestly the best fast food in town. Slow getting my food but it was hot/fresh. Service was great and staff were nice. After reading other reviews around town I’m glad I settled here.

This is a Hardee’s, it’s of good quality and the staff are very friendly. They’re currently in the running for my top pick for fast food in this town, and they’re one of the few places who use the corporate app to their franchise.
Normally I hate these single purpose apps that are just for like, a fast food place but the deals on it are interesting. It’s at least worth it for the free one-time burger.
Anyway their curly fries are the best, be sure to ask for them over regular fries.

This is a clean and well run Hardee’s, has been for a long time now. Staff has always been kind and courteous. Looks very nice since the update remodel. Positives of being a Hardee’s means they have the best breakfast in fast food, they have pretty good lunch/dinner options (including roast beef) and burgers. Negatives being that it is a Hardee’s so their lunch/dinner options are on the high side of prices for what they are, and they don’t exactly put the “fast” in fast food anymore, partially by Hardee’s design and partially due to staffing shortages.

Feb 14th 2023, 5:30pm. Fish was hours old dry and bad Roast Beef dried out with water splashed on which the bun soaked it up and bun was soggy. Once we got our old food the employee disappeared to the back and no one came back up to counter while we was there! One employee was out in her car smoking the whole 30 minutes we was there, came in just as we walked out.
We wasted $15 plus, Rest assured we will never be back in this place again.
With prices what they are these days you should get fresh food. It should be good. And there should have been someone at the counter to tell our issues to. Obviously they knew the food was worthy of a complaint and they would not answer when we tried to get their attention to get refunded.
There was another guy trying to get someone to the counter and no one ever came so he left.. (Employees Knotted up in the back?)
Kind of the atmosphere of the place.
I/we will not eat there again. Considering calling the health department and having them checked out for serving old left overs.
Was sick later in the evening from the rotten fish.
DO NOT GO THERE. Centerville don’t have much, but they do have way better than this place.

It is one of the best places to eat in town. My kids love eating there. The staff is really sweet and kind. You can really tell they care.
