Went to this/a Hardee’s for the very first time in 30 years (and the last time for the rest of my life) after living on the West Coast and then moving back. Pulled up to the drive through, placed my order at 12:38pm, and there were 3 vehicles ahead of me. The vehicle directly ahead of me was a van and they sat at the window for 10 minutes until they got their food and left. Meanwhile I pull up, with my one single order for a burger (no special instructions) and fries, and was told to pull forward 30 seconds later. I watched as the 4 vehicles behind me got their food and left. Finally at 12:58 they came walking out with my burger and fries. Twenty minutes for one burger and fries. Never again.

The chicken BLT from Hardee’s is always good, and I think it blows the doors off of the competitions’ chicken sandwich, no matter how you customize it. This was the first time I’ve visited this store in decades. They’re definitely on board with quality here. My sandwich was fantastic. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and cut correctly, the bun was perfect, the mayo was just right., and the bacon was right on the fine edge of crispy but not too crispy. The chicken was very hot, juicy, not overcooked, and the breading was done just right. The sandwich is proportioned just right, so that it can be eaten with one hand while driving, but without coming apart on your shirt.
I got a small order of fries with it, and they were excellent as well. Just the right amount of salt, the texture was perfect. And hot!!! With a small pop, the total was $11.11.

Waited 20 min just to place an order. Then waited another 10 min to get my food. Cold greasy hash browns, watery biscuits and gravy. When I asked a question the employee treated me like I was a bother to him. Handed 3 forks and 2 spoons no napkins …. Didn’t want to even ask for a knife to eat my food with.
Every time I come to this restaurant the service is getting worse and worse, esp since there were only 3 customers when I arrived.

We went to Hardee’s only 30 mins ago we get home and I look in my fresco burger and there’s nothing but 2 slices of bacon and cheese with bread if I wanted to spend 10$ on a grilled cheese with bacon I’d make it at home the workers where very kind and nice but I’ve gotten this before are I know there’s an actual piece of meat on it other than just 2 pieces of bacon.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning with my granddaughter. We had to wait a bit to order as they were a little busy inside and in the drive-thru but we were not bothered by this. The woman that was working the register was professional but also very sweet! She even threw in free hash browns!

I wish I could add photos of the trash I was served to show how absolutely ridiculous this meal was! With how much the food cost, this almost feels like theft. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

After 11 months I finally went back. The drive through window was broken. The employees were rude. And my sandwich looked like someone sat on it.

Hands down the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had the displeasure of biting into. Idk what was the problem but tasted like rancid oil.

Aaron and James, they were too good. Really friendly, polite, kind and they made sure I have my food hot and fresh. I will be coming back more often I wish they are there every single time. We need more Aaron’s and James in the Hardee’s franchise.
