The burger, as usual, was delicious. The fries are what keep me coming back – oh so good! I tried the hot chocolate frost, which I really liked. Thanks for whipped cream, not whipped topping.

It’s extremely filthy inside, tables and seats, floors (sticky) and bathrooms; the music cuts in and out; and the employees are so unfriendly to the point of rude, to include who we believe is the manager. Employees and manager were standing around behind the counter swinging their hands , talking and eating sundaes and otherwise doing nothing (no cleaning) because there was hardly a customer in the place. Bathrooms were out of hand soap which means even employees are likely not washing. Burgers were ultra thin and both the burgers and fries were luke warm. It was a cringe experience and we got out as quickly as we could. We’ll obviously never be back.
Outside was also filthy with trash laying around the lot. Not surprised.

Pretty tasteful steak burgers. Fries are thin and tasty. Floors are almost dangerously slick. Frozen custard items are to die for.

I read the reviews, im confused
1st time stopping by. I counted about 6 people working as i pulled in. Asked me to wait at drive thru, forgot about me. Watched all the cars clear in front of me, asked if they were ready. You could tell by his voice he realized id been sitting there. Ordered, pulled up, waited. Got order, got drink, started to leave, was given straw.
Onion rings taste like cooked in old oil. Cheese fries, horrible. Burger, ehhh. Running out if syrup for drink. Just an overall unpleasant experience. Will not return. Also please dont bother responding with your canned “we apologize” response. Just go to that location, shut off the lights and lock the doors.

It’s probably the most disgusting restaurant, North of NW Expressway. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant. Four to five employees are just standing around. I don’t think the benches or chairs have had a good cleaning since they opened. There were fries on the floor, the soda machine was sticky and a mess. I would hate to think about what the kitchen looked like. The cashier was not friendly and couldn’t have cared less that we were there.

Staff was super friendly and knew they menu. Managers/supervisors(2 or 3) was there for a meeting. Food was fresh and hot. The tater tots was cooked to perfection and had a seasoning to them. Only issue was the bathroom needed attention and the tables we we’re eating at needed a wiping down so I did it myself. And the side of the soda dispenser where the ice goes machine need to wiped down also.
Over all the food and service is better and they are training new hires to keep it going well.

Very disappointing. We did not get what we ordered/paid for and drive through was very slow. Food quality on what we received also not good. Burnt crispy burgers. Half full fry cups.
Had a great experience at another Freddie’s on a road trip and was looking to recreate it at home. Reminded why we don’t come here. Won’t be coming back.

The food is great and the staff are super friendly!! It may be a sign I come too much but whenever I come in to pick up my food, the manager CJ says hello and checks on my food to make sure I get it on time and done right.
