Worst experience ever. We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, no exaggeration, because the lady working was so slow and it took her 4 times to get our whole order to us. While waiting for her the 4th time, we decided the final missing order of hashbrowns wasn’t worth staying any longer. Our order wasn’t large, wasn’t complicated, but we already paid for it and expected to get the meal we paid for. The employee never asked us to move, or we would have gladly done so. Then the person behind us flipped us off and was yelling at us (and calling us names) as if it was our fault. I promise you, it wasn’t and I hope your day gets better because, whoa. The food was garbage and REALLY not worth your fit you threw. I included a photo of the best looking item we got just for fun. Happy Sunday!

I haven’t been here in years. Finally went for it due to convenience. First time through it was quick and better food than I remember.
So I gave them another go as I passed through. 2nd time through the wait in the drive through was horrendous, at more than 5 min wait per vehicle. I spent 25 mins waiting for my turn after making an online order. I literally missed meeting the person I was trying to meet afterwards, as a result. Not sure what was going on.
I feel hesitant to return now because of the unexpected wait. I can see others mentioning the same in the reviews. So maybe the first time (quick) was an anomaly.
Person at the window was pleasant both times though.

Me and my husband have been going to this location for about 15 years. Despite what people may say about this Hardee’s it honestly all depends on the time you go in I’ve had the best experiences going in around 5 or anytime after that I’ve noticed the food is noticeably more fresh compared to around noon. I will say some of you have to remember people can only move so fast as someone who used to work at a McDonalds it’s not always easy making sure people get there food not just fast but fresh thank you guys for all your hard work it gets noticed I promise. Keep up the hard work!!!

The worst.. took 20 minutes to get food and we where the only people there. place is filthy. I orderd no mayo, they put it on anyway and then scraped it off.. the “big” ham and Swiss was tiny.. and the lettuce was wilted and slimy… I had a long squiggly hair from the bearded lady on my drink.. and gave me instant diarrhea.

Took 15 mins to get food, only ones in the building. Minimal ham on sandwich, fries tasted like they had be re-fried. Dirty tables and restrooms were disgusting. Poor service as we thanked them for the food and they just turned around and ignored us.

Unsatisfactory visit from time we walked through the door. Gentleman cashiering was handling not counter and drive through, and was clearly exasperated with the eye rolls and throwing up of hands into the air. The one young man working in the back was very discombobulated and overwhelmed, despite just one order at drive thru and our order in cafe. When female employee returned to the counter/kitchen area, she placed headphones for drive through and focused on drive thru – and only drive thru. She seemed unable to comprehend the orders and what was needed where. Gentleman from ground counter had to stop taking orders to go back and get the kitchen person somewhat caught up, and had to go back a second time to further check him up. We waited for 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, an order of hash rounds, a fountain drink, and a dry cinnamon raisin biscuit that was no longer warm. Felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by even being present.

My son and I went through the drive thru and it took a long time when we were in a hurry. It may have been fine if the food was good. My burrito was haphazardly put together and fell apart immediately after I unwrapped it. It also wasn’t appetizing so I didn’t finish it. My son’s bacon egg and cheese biscuit was good so I didn’t give all 1 star ratings.

We waited 20 minutes to be waited on while she tried figuring out a coupon for another person. When we got food it was terrible! Cheeseburger was cold and burned. Cheese didn’t even melt. Never go there again.

Very quick service. I ordered a chicken biscuit and it was made fresh to order. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the biscuit was one of the best I’ve ever had from any Hardee’s. Staff was also super friendly the staff was also super friendly and efficient.

Drive thru person barely talked, didn’t say price or anything and didn’t speak up. Only orders crispy curls waited over 5 minutes. There was 2 cars in front of me. Half where regular fries and tasted like they were out for 20 minutes. Not worth time or money at that location.
